Always here when staying, comfortable

Nice, comfortable hotel, always here.

Friendly staff, smooth Wi-Fi, central location

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent (close to the city center, culinary delights, coffee shops, hangouts, sports facilities, etc.). The room amenities were adequate for an Ibis Budget, but unfortunately, the sink in my bathroom was leaking. Overall, I was very satisfied. I might stay here again next time I visit Surabaya.

Highly not recommended, with a price of almost 400 thousand, you have to pay extra for necessities like toothbrushes and sandals, it's funny, the toilet flush water is not smooth, so the dirt cannot be disposed of perfectly, the hot water is unstable.

There are no toiletries, just towels.

The AC is cool and comfortable, there is hot water, the sheets are clean, there are bolsters too, drinking water is also available, if I go to Surabaya I will stay here again
