Hotel was excellent very clean and very helpful staff, we decided not to have breakfast as £55 for 2 adults and a child was way too expensive

This hotel is very opulent, with a lovely high end look and feel. The staff are super professional, but still friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and well equipped, again with a high quality look and feel to it. The staff left on the table, an individual cake and card for my son’s birthday, which was a wonderful touch and hugely appreciated. We would definitely stay here again..!!

The hotel is really lovely our room was so graded very large and on an upper floor with great sea views and quiet. Staff are helpful polite and proffessional would stay again for a 4th time and recommend xx

great hotel probably the best in blackpool not able to fault except car park maybe al ittle small staff great and friendly not the cheapest but you get what you play for.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean.

We booked a room with a beautiful view over the sea. Everything was great. My one complaint would be that the sausage at breakfast was a bit cheap but this is really minor. Staff were all excellent and helpful. We were very happy with our stay.

I really quite like this hotel. Nice clean and modern rooms.. good water in the fridge. Gym is nice and clean. I would say the front desk staff are not overly friendly.

Great room great staff but still waiting on my refund of deposit of £100.. but I’d say this is the nicest hotel in Blackpool defo recommend

After paying a LOT of money to stay here I was then shocked to find we didn’t have breakfast included! Would cost another £60 and also had to pay £25 for the night to stay in there own car park! Lovely hotel but definitely not worth the cost! Could get a 5 star in a lot better cities for a lot cheaper! Staff all lovely though!

Room was lovely as was the hotel, I guess there's a bit of a wow factor for Blackpool. Breakfast is not worth paying for, quality and quantity are poor, I've honestly had better all you can eat breakfast options for less money and higher quality.

The hotel was really lovely compared to others in the area. We walked to the tower from our hotel it took 40 mins. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. We could see the sea from our room, the pleasure park backed on to the back of the hotel it was spectacular. Breakfast was lovely for £19 per person I would recommend this hotel for your stay. The tram is across the main road to the left To get to the tower they only take card payment.

Family room was good. Didn’t have any food there so can’t comment on that. Hotel was clean. Half of Blackpool needs knocked down and rebuilt, nice to have a decent hotel there.
