Place was really clean and super safe. Definitely coming back.

Clean room, good food, and awesome terrace and pool. Only “issue” we had was getting enough towels for everyone in the room but it was totally fine, we just kept asking and they gave us some! Would definitely stay here again

The room smelled very bad like mold the staff was super nice and attentive it was very hot in the room we put the ac up because it was to hot and in the middle of the night it turned off and we couldn't turn it on

Nuestra llegada fue muy de noche y en ningún momento nos enteramos por Expedía que el hotel realmente se llama San Jerónimo, así que a la 1 de la madrugada fue un susto que el taxi nos dejara ahí y no saber qué hacer al ver la puerta cerrada. Creo que deberían de agregar eso al mensaje de respuesta a cuando escribí para decir que el vuelo llegaría tarde.

Room service was disappointing on cleaning service and refilling the water bottles and coffee and at the time we requested at the lobby they said we supposed to have in the room (we stay in 2 nights)

First night that we arrived, the air conditioner wasn’t working. The manager change us to smaller room and have us the breakfast free. Room was ok.

They need to change their towels. we found many towels with wholes and stains, also the floor carpet of the room had a lot of visible stains, and sticky areas. The pool area restrooms smell and they dirty men and women section.

This hotel have a convenient location but the roof top the floor was dirty

I liked the area. Its safe and easy to move around. I didnt like how small the beds were and how the bed frames were bigger then the actual bed. It would stick out. Also they say the pool closes at 11pm but get kicked out at 10pm. All because their too lazy to go up at 11 to close.

I like the location, but the parking lot is horrible, looks like abandoned, and also no air condition on the hallways on the hotel, other than that pretty good

We were not provided with breakfast vouchers, the television remote was malfunctioning, and it required two phone calls to get it repaired. Despite requesting our room not be cleaned, it was cleaned anyway.
