Very good service 👏

Good hotel, well appointed, friendly staff, and excellent Breakfast. BUT I had booked 2 nights, was disappointed that when asked on check in if I wanted the room cleaned after the first night I replied yes - but returned to the hotel late to find no cleaning of the room had taken place. Firstly, why does the hotel suggest no cleaning service after the first night - there was no offer of reduced rates to support this. Secondly, having asked me and been told I wanted the room cleaned to then not do it is disrespectful and/or poor service. I did report this to reception who said ‘I will point that out to the staff, I had flagged it to be done’

All was good. The hotel is remoted, so you need a car. Handicapped parking was blocked by some “horses” blocks.

Always nice to stay here, please fix stream to TV options. It doesn’t work lately

The staff was quite courteous, and very flexible about check in times. I checked in quite late, around 11, and it was no issue. The rooms were quite nice as well, with an interesting theme of the hotel.

Well presented and as per description Need to be aware that the hotel has limited opening days Minimum selection, 3 main courses I think only Mon - Wed , apart from this they do have salads in a refrigerator to buy

It was a nice stay, but the rooms had no kettle for coffee or tea which is pretty standard for hotels these days. The breakfast was very good as it had a lot of options and choices, I think even the most avid traveler will like the breakfast at Best Western Plus Any Hotel. Not much choice of food besides breakfast though. Hot water wasn't so hot in the busy hours but it wasn't cold either. The beds were very very uncomfortable, so I dont recommend you get the twin bed room (I had to get it as there weren't any other options). The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the room didn't have enough electric points in one place, so if you have many devices to charge it can be a problem. The location is also very far from the city but it's quiet and peaceful. The internet was OK but the TV only had one English Channel.

I just love staying here

The hotel is quite remoted, connected to a stadium. The arrival at night was not pleasant, i felt a bit on a wrong place. After that all was good, the receptionist was very kind. The hotel has handicap parking with time limitation and complicated way (horse statues in the way). No idea how handicapped person in wheelchairs could manage…

Room was spacious but a bit warm. Everything thing else was as expected.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will be back for sure

This is an interesting hotel with its funfair themed decor. Our room was on the 10th flirt and we looked out onto an equestrian arena . Breakfast was varied and enjoyable.

The hotel staff was the best part of my stay. Thank you everyone for everything during my stay.

This is an unusual property, was not expecting the racetrack and arena. It was very quiet when we were there over the holidays but I suspect it could get very busy in the summer. Great breakfast and good transportation options nearby.
