Very nice place. Well located. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean. I definitely will stay here again. Good restaurant. We didn’t use the amenities because we spent most of our time at the Irtra parks which are just 8 minutes away.

Pool area was not that nice with people drinking in excess. There were vomit in the pool area restrooms. Rest of property is ok.

It’s quiet

I have stayed at this hotel off and on for 40 years, no major changes in all this time. The staff are very courteous, food is good not spectacular, pool is nice, rooms are a decent size. Beds are hard. There is wifi, hot water and a tv.

Es una buena opción para hospedarse si van al IRTRA, como está a la orilla de la carretera, se escucha la bulla de los camiones desde temprano, la piscina es pequeña, pero en buen estado.

The property is closed to a shopping plaza with variety of restaurants and stores. Our room was very large and roomy. The street in front of the property is very busy on weekdays with heavy traffic all day.

La habitación cuenta con lo básico para tener una estadía tranquila y cómoda.

you have your own private parking and they have like a little cottage they are clean pool is clean

Poor wifi,a litle noisy the rest is ok.

El hotel es basico, pero suficiente para solo pasar la noche. El staff muy servicial, el restaurante basico tambien. Si usted tiene sueño ligero, pida cuartos del fondo, pues el hotel esta ubicado a la orilla de una carretera con gran trafico de equipo pesado las 24 horas y eso hace ruido. El restaurante esta bien, sin ser nada especial. Otra ventaja del Hotel es que esta a 10 min (sin trafico) de los parques Irtra y de restaurantes y supermercados. El hotel le puede alquilar toallas para ir a Xocomil a un precio de 10 quetzales, regresandole 5 quetzales al devolverla.

Me gustó el área pero el ruido de gatos 😸😸 no es muy agradable

Almost perfect, bed comfortable, almost all food at restaurant was good(didnt like burger) pool is nice but waaaay too crowded on weekend as its open to non guest and private pool is not guest only but only avaiable to rent...silly...if youre going to open main to pool to public then other pool should be guest only unless its rented...having it sit there closed is just ...:(
