The staff were BRILLIANT! The place was good overall but the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond. It was the experience that made it matter to me. And the SPA was very very satisfying. Definitely gonna come back for it!

Great place to stay. Very clean, respectable staff and always pleasant, very nice meals in the restaurant. Pricey but well worth it. Definitely will stay again in the future.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, but the toilet paper felt like RV toilet paper and the coffee was horrible; for such a beautiful built place it needs to remember the other half of the equation. Style and comfort.

This is meant to be a nice hotel but the service has declined significantly and not up to par. Phone lines almost always busy at front desk, and have to go down in order to talk to someone. They advertise "late night" dining but that was not available at 1130 pm. Food options for gluten free are very minimal and accommodations for this seemed to be an incredible challenge.

Enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being close to Rogers Centre where we were attending a concert. Room was clean and comfortable. Was it worth the expensive price... well I expected a little more for the amount we paid and I've been in nicer rooms for less. That said, for a night on the town the location and convenience is perfect. Had a nice meal at Braven in the hotel. A bonus to have such a great resto in the hotel.

Fire alarm went off we had to evacuate there was no direction from staff if it was safe to go back in. Marriott did a great job of contacting us to get our perspective on the event. Their follow up and concern was very much appreciated

Such an incredible experience. The energy around the game and the whole Ice District was amazing. We even had some unexpected run-ins with some of the Colorado team at the hotel, and the players and staff we met were incredibly kind and polite. It made the whole trip feel even more special—definitely something I won’t forget.

Our check-in was seamless, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, both during check-in and check-out. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The staff in the lounge were extremely attentive, engaging, and throughout our stay made us feel special. We ordered room service and the food arrived in a timely manner and was very tasty.

The close proximity to Rogers Place was key to our choice, as we were attending the Oilers game. Pedways everywhere, so you could leave your coat behind. Rooms were very well appointed. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The birthday balloon and little dessert were a special touch. Places to eat and gather on the main level were excellent too. Yes it's expensive, but location is everything.

Hotel, staff and everything about the hotel was great. Would be mindful that the surrounding area is a little bit sketchy so plan wisely if you aren’t comfortable in those areas.
