The staff is extremely unpleasant, the room window is missing a wing, losing privacy, we had breakfast in the area below, there was laughter and talking, but not too loud, the staff told the guests to be quiet, the feeling of eating in silence is also funny. Everything is good for the price, the bathroom is always clean. The receptionist is very friendly, the kitchen lady is also friendly. The only thing is that the hangers in the bathroom are too high and there is no elevator so climbing the stairs with a lot of stuff is a bit tiring =)). Experience a day in the dorm to make it less boring.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the room has bigger space, but the hanger in the bathroom too high for petite girl like me, LoL. I guess it's based on European height standard~ I booked 2 nights included breakfast, not many options but it's muslim friendly~ the location is nearby heritage area.

I booked a room without looking carefully, so I chose to have a bed in a 6-room dorm even though I needed a private room to temporarily send things out for an afternoon outing. The receptionist is very enthusiastic and supportive. We send things carefully.
