Room was clean and spacious. Would be good if room amenities can be improved such as including electric kettle with coffee and tea bags. Satisfied with the included breakfast which was simple but enough.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff and a good complimentary breakfast. The location was convenient, and the common areas were well maintained. My only complaint was that the beds were quite firm, which made sleeping a little less comfortable. Overall, a great stay and good value for the price.

Rooms were very unclean. First room that shower had a terrible bad odour. Switched to another room it was dirty in the corner of the floors, dirty floor of the shower, something spilled and dried on the table. 3rd room we were put in same had dirty floors and when I checked the bed lots of dirt and grime between the bed and frame. I had to have an early am surgery otherwise I would have tried to get my money back and switch hotels. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful though which was nice.

I would have given this an excellent but the housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 10:30 am and I was on a zoom call. When I didn't answer she jusy walked in. I mentioned it to the front desk staff upon checkout just to let them know. I worked in hospitality for many years, so I realized that there may have been a miscommunication about checkouts.So it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and loved the modern feel. I will be booking there for any other stay I have in edmonton. :)

Nice new property well set up for kids/teens. Appreciated the boiled eggs and yogurt at breakfast and the always available Mint tea.

The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are helpful. Fewer breakfast options, but overall is good.

No microwave in the room,no coffee ,and one of the bed making so much of noise when sleeps in.

Everything was okay overall. My room was cleaned during my two-night stay, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were cold and dry, the bagel wasn’t fresh and it seems old bagel.

No hot tub FYI. Everything was great though

Overall, a great place to stay. Especially convenient for travelers passing through, with easy access to roads connecting the Edmonton area. Shops and restaurants are also close by.

Overall stay in cant complain, our room was affordable. We did not swim as the pool looked a bit murky. We had something on our wall in our bedroom that looked gross.
