Great hotel! Best lacation 🍺

I book several hotels for my clients. Had an issue with the billing and had to re Book for my client, then they charged the wrong credit card and the staff was not helpful at all trying to refund the person wrongly charged. Trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare. As a result, I had to pay for something I never had service for. I had even booked several other clients of mine on the same night .... very upset about it.....will NEVER recommend booking any clients there again.

The room was not well designed for any storage! No drawers or nightable space. No counter space in bathroom. Impossible to have any neatness or organization in such a room

The hotel was extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and we felt very at home there. My only complaint was the lack of drawer space in the rooms. There’s really no place to store anything. The rooftop breakfast room was fabulous. And the entire staff couldn’t do enough for us. Additionally, you couldn’t beat the location.

Everything was wonderful! Nice staff, friendly bartenders, good breakfast. Our room was very clean , also inside and outside the hotel. Perfect location. The view of the roof terrace was awesome!

The rooms were very modern and nice. The staff was very helpful (especially the bell staff). The breakfast on the roof deck was delicious and had an amazing view of the Parthenon. The bathrooms were nice but were open concept which was difficult when children are sharing the room. The location of the hotel was amazing. It is in the middle of a large tourist street where you can get great food and can walk to many sights. It was only about 15-20 minutes to the Parthenon and the area was incredible. All in all, it was a great, modern hotel and I would highly recommend it.

I had a two night stay at Elia Ermou and it was an incredible option in a great location. It's located on Ermou, the shopping district for Athens filled with a mix of stores - H&M, Zara, Mango, Funky Buddha, Korres, the list goes on. It's also a quick walk to the beautiful Holy Metropolitan Church of the Annunciation to the Virgin Mary, worth peeking inside to see the Greco-Byzantine style. There are tons of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, etc. Το Χρυσό Στάχυ is right next door and great spot to pick up some pastries. We did a walking tour of Acropolis while in town and the hotel was a quick 15m to our meeting spot and afterwards, a quick 20m walk through Plaka back to hotel. It felt very centrally situated. Our room was quite large compared to what I'm used to in other European cities. The bathroom placement wasn't the best - it's sort of semi-private so could be awkward if traveling with folks you are not too close to. Room and all spaces were very clean. Felt very modern. The rooftop bar / restaurant was incredible. We had a lovely view of the Acropolis. We had dinner there the same night we visited Acropolis so a great way to cap the day.

The gym doesn’t open until 11am. Breakfast was sad.

Highly recommend. Fantastic service. Caring staff. Complementary in room snacks and drinks. Deluxe Suite, Balcony, Acropolis View. Great view directly from bed and jacuzzi. A true hidden gem. Price for this service and view should be double price.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to all the major attractions. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the Acropolis. The breakfast is delicious and has an enormous variety. The staff was very attentive.

Hotel is really well located for all the main sights in Athens and easy walk to restaurants bars etc Has a wonderful roof top restaurant overlooking the Acropolis with great food. Staff were really helpful and the beds so comfortable.

This was our second time staying at Elia Ermou, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel location is perfect. We are able to walk to all of the main attractions from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great stay

Loved this place - location was PERFECT. Great view of the Acropolis from the roof deck restaurant (and the food was great). Breakfast was incredible. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Acropolis. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location, the cleanliness and the beds!! Super comfortable. But most of all the staff!! Outstanding, extremely helpful, even months before arriving they communicated with me and answer promptly to all my questions. I booked a couple of tours through them and they were great. 20/10
