We had a lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower and helpful staff, but completely ruined by mechanical noises all night ruining sleep. In an effort to help we were moved to a neighbouring hotel - but had a small internal room with no external window, nowhere to sit comfortably, and no natural light.

スタッフの中にはスペイン語しか話せない人も多かったが、翻訳アプリを使えば問題なくコミュニケーションできたし、スタッフは皆親切だった。ADOバスターミナルに近くて、移動には便利だった。近所に良いレストランなども多く、また徒歩5分くらいのところには大きなスーパーマーケットがあるので、生活の利便性は高かった。Palenque遺跡に行くためのコレクティーボはADOバスターミナルの前で乗ることができる。

Great hotel in Palenque

This place was a very welcome and unexpected surprise. Cad$26 for a full size room, private bath, wifi and tv was well worth it. Staff were very helpful. The hotel offers great amenities for the do it yourself traveller looking to stay longer. The surrounding area is great with restaurants and shops around the corner.

Amazing place. Each room has 2 bunk beds, strong AC, sink, toilet and shower with good water pressure. The beds are really comfortable and everything is flawlessly clean. It's 5 minutes away from the ADO station. Excellent value for money.

The Hotel has nice and friendly members of staff. During my stay, I was accidentally booking an incorrectly date. However, they were still let me check in and without charge me anything. I am so grateful for their helping. Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It’s few minutes walk from the bus terminal, about a 10 minutes to the town central. I highly recommend you to stay.

Good budget hotel. 5 minutes from bus terminal. Room was clean. Only problem was that shower had poor drainage and water kept rising when showering.

Muy bueno, el personal muy amable solo el baño olía un poco feo desde el exterior. En general muy limpio y bueno por el precio

部屋が広く、とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。シャワーも温かく、キッチンも使えて良かったです。ウォーターサーバーのサービスが有り難かったです。近くにバスターミナルとスーパーがあり、街の見所も徒歩圏内でした。
