Excellent hotel, very clean, warm welcome—very good. Highly recommended!

During the booking of this hotel I had no troubles or encountered any inconveniences, however, upon calling a day before my flight to make sure everything was set and filed for my check-in I noticed that they do not speak any of the languages they outline on the Expedia App. I did not think much of it at first but I did find it strange since it can be considered as false advertising. I also didn’t enjoy having too many ants around my room or the fact that there is no specific schedule for cleaning, they just ring the bell at any given time of day. The bell ring can also make anyone have a heart attack. I’ve been to 3 star hotels in other countries but this “4 star” hotel just did not meet my expectations, it lowered it.

I was visiting my home town with my boyfriend (we're a gay couple) and was really worried we would be disrespected by non-LGBTQ friendly staff, specially given I know the city and how it can be unfriendly at some places, and Bristol seemed like a safe choice. We couldn't be happier! The staff was really friendly and welcoming of us, treated us really well, was very helpful when needed. The rooms where also very comfortable (the most comfortable we've had on our trip to Brazil), AC was working perfectly and the breakfast was really good and authentic. Couldn't recommend more :)

Hotel incrivel, estrutura maravilhosa, cama confortavel, café da manhã satisfatório, só precisa melhorar equipamentos ou acessórios na academia!

Ótimo hotel. Só achei os preços no restaurantes muito altos. 69 reais um pedaço de salmão com arroz e legumes e 7 reais uma garrafinha de água. Mas valeu a estadia. Café da manhã bom mas não é ótimo. Nada de grave para reclamar.
