Great site outside Whitby. Great food.

breakfast menu was ok but when i ordered a sausage mushroom and egg sandwich i literally got 1 egg 1 sausage and 1 mushroom on dry bread it was not good

We appreciated greatly the warm welcome, amazing service, and no problem too difficult attitude of the staff. They made the hotel and our stay the success it was. Truly exceptional. We had dinner and breakfasts throughout our 4 night stay and all were good and adaptable to our requirements. Rooms were maintained immaculately. The one problem for a large man like me was the bed size. We had a twin room and the beds are very narrow. But that was the only issue we faced and we'd definitely return.

Excellent customer service throughout my stay, from reception to checking out. Lovely big room with great facilities including a lovely bath/shower. Good breakfast including various cooked & continental options.

Staff were really helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious.

Hotel was lovely and clean, beds were very comfy, we didn't use the bar for food as we spent most of our time down Whitby main street, staff were very friendly on arrival and departure, will definitely be using the hotel again in the future

Great for walking into Whitby Breakfast was ok 1st day of our stay breakfast was great couldn't really fault it 2nd day completely different experience alot of the breakfast was overcooked some sent back and replaced no pastries on the continental selection

Sainsbury is just a short walk from the hotel and Bothams have opened a cafe just up the road. Bothams started as a bakery selling goods from a basket at the market, it has grown into a Whitby succes story and well worth a visit. It gets busy, because it is good. Whitby centre is a short drive away, but the parking is expensive, so a take a walk down the hill, it is only half an hour.

Breakfast was poor. Evening meal, for the price, not much better. Location a bit too far out of Whitby.

Spacious family room! Quiet, Comfortable, warm, easy parking, good breakfast, pub/restaurant excellent, easy chekin/out and good staff.

Our second stay here. Amazing value for money! Clean rooms, comfy beds and wonderful friendly staff. Cooked breakfast is also excellent. Highly recommend
