I've just got back from a night in Worcester, staying at The Bell Inn, Broadheath with my daughter, what a fantastic pub !! We were greeted by smiling faces, taken to our room, which was perfect. A lovely sitting area with sofa and occasional table, twin beds that were so comfortable, cosy duvet and soft pillows. The bathroom had everything you needed and large soft bath towels. We ordered lunch which was beautiful, very reasonably priced and enjoyed a nice wine. the atmosphere in the bar was friendly at night and Ian, the owner was a great host. Breakfast was excellent, no rush to order and ample servings. We will definitely be back, thank you for making our stay really enjoyable

We’ve always enjoyed The Bell as a family - the food served is normally of excellent quality and usually a very enjoyable, good value for money experience. However, sadly, this weekend was a completely different experience, for all the wrong reasons. We felt there was a noticeable change in the environment overall, and the food served was way below par, to the usual fantastic standard we have become used to and appreciate. Admittedly, we didn’t complain, because there may be mitigating circumstances which may have affected service, so we figured it was potentially unfair to pass judgement on one bad experience, after all of the positive experiences we’ve had in the past, but unfortunately, overall, it was a very disappointing and underwhelming visit, and we hope normal high standards will resume on our next visit. After all, you pay to eat out to enjoy good food, otherwise you may as well stay at home.

We were greeted by Ellie, who was extremely helpful & friendly, as we're all the staff. Parking was adequate and had a electric charging point. The evening meal was delicious and breakfast, in my opinion, was the best I've had in a number of years!! We will certainly return.

A gem of a place !! Booked last minute for work.......rooms, food and service top quality.......good sign of a quality establishment is a full restaurant on a Tuesday evening !! Thank you 🌞

Today my wife and I had a really lovely meal from the lunchtime special menu. Top quality food for a very good price. We were greeted and shown to our table by a very friendly young lady who promptly served us to our drinks and took our food order. We had 2 courses and really enjoyed our meal.
