Another aggravating hotel that management can;t follow-up . I have sent 3-4 messages trying to confirm the airport pickup. This is offered as part of the stay but has proven to be misleading. It was particular annoying because as I tried to get an Uber from airport (since hotel never responded) and was just about to get in, the police came and sent the driver away. I can't believe I am the first to complain about this and it seems Expedia is OK with unkept promises from the hotels (had another one a week before at a different hotel)

I loved this place! Near to almost everything. We saved a lot of money on Taxis. Within walking distance to bars, night life, and good food!

This property is located in the center of the City everything‘s walking distance than for the price he can’t beat. It will be back there soon.

It is an older hotel, but it was clean, quiet, and confortable. Location seemed fine and it was cool to just walk around the corner to ride the cable car to enjoy the sunset.

Great historic hotel and possibly haunted. Had a chilling experience here but the service is lovely and it's clean,. Wifi isn't the best unless your room is next to the modem in the hall.

Old hotel. In process of remodeling. No real amenities but good for price.

The hotel wasn't very clean and the beds were a little rough and the pillows were rough too

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stay at during my visit in Torreón, i would highly recommend a night here. Everyone is very welcoming and very respectful, they’re at your service when needed :) 10/10. Definitely coming back!
