Excellent hotel, great staff, beautiful rooms.

Best location, very clean, helpful staff specially Jose who helped us to get e-bike , we had such a lovely experience in this hotel and Madrid , very central and all attractions are in walking distance. The only downside was not to have enough space around the swimming pool on the roof.

The view of Plaza Mayor is great. The direct access to the Plaza is wonderful. Once you enter the room, it is quiet and relaxing. Also, the location is super convenient. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the stay a lot!

Hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. We were woken on our first night by other guests talking loudly whilst loitering outside the lift near to our room. I provided this feedback in response to a hotel service questionnaire and they immediately contacted me to offer a different room. They moved our luggage for us whilst we were having dinner and provided some complimentary chocolates which were gratefully received.

Loft room was excellent, with great view overlooking the Plaza Mayor

Loved our luxurious room with balconys overlooking Plaza Mayor - incredibly well soundproofed and quietly effective aircon. Lovely welcome from reception with cava on arrival! Very helpful staff. Only slight disappointment was our meal at the outdoor terrace restaurant, unfriendly waitress and food served lukewarm, although quality produce. Overall would recommend hotel and would love to stay in the same room again in beautiful Madrid.

Concierge and staff are excellent. Helped with daily dinner reservations and transportation. You cannot find a better location directly on the Plaza Mayor. Rooms are whisper quiet. The perfect location for sightseeing. Restaurants etc. all within walking distance. Just stop looking and book this hotel. Get a room facing the plaza and higher floor. Guaranteed not disappoint. Enjoy!

we loved our stylish room, on the top floor, cleverly laid out among the rafters. windows wide open, and able to step out onto the roof, we had a bird’s eyes’ view of plaza mayor. the staff were always cordial and the location for exploring madrid’s city center, perfection!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Set by the plaza, this spot was ideal for exploring the city and phenomenal food. The hotel was stunning - all areas of the hotel really well looked after. We particular loved the outdoor covered courtyard area, with the weather at the time not ideal, this was a great outdoor-indoor space. Would book this hotel instantly on a journey back to Madrid.

Great staff. Very helpful, pleasant, and engaging. Conversant in spanish or english. Great location in central Madrid. We paid for the up charge to have a balcony room on Plaza Mayor-- great move and worth it!

Beautiful hotel, in a central location that overlooks the plaza. The rooms were clean, beds were incredibly comfortable. The interiors are stunning, especially spa. I had a therapeutic massage that was easily one of the best massages i've ever had. Would definitely recommend and i'd be eager to visit again.

Great stay overall. The hotel’s biggest highlight is its unbeatable location right in Plaza Mayor—very convenient and the area feels safe to walk around at any time. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has a great atmosphere. I stayed in a room with a view of the plaza, which was definitely worth it. There was a bit of noise in the morning during plaza cleaning, but otherwise the room was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent—both stood out in terms of quality and comfort. The spa was a highlight of my stay. The staff are very well trained, and it was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had. The only downside was the breakfast. It felt overpriced for what was offered—very basic, more like a simple continental breakfast, and lacking local Spanish options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Great location, very comfortable, and a relaxing experience.

You can’t beat the rooms with a view to Plaza Mayor! The windows have amazing sound proof tech that keeps the room quiet. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Madrid.
