El hotel en excelente condición, mucho encanto español y muy bien ubicado en la plaza mayor de madrid. El cuarto muy limpio y todo de muy buena calidad. El desayuno supremo había de todo y para mí con temas de intolerancia al gluten y a la lactosa habían opciones. El staff maravilloso siempre, desde el personal que limpia las habitaciones, el personal que atiende en el desayuno, los de la recepción……..la verdad es que quedamos muy contentos con el hotel. La cama tiene un muy buen colchón, sin embargo, yo duermo regularmente en un colchón extremo suave así que para mi gusto el colchón era más ri me de lo que hubiera preferido. A mi esposo le encantó la cama. Las almohadas muy buenas y suaves. Recomendamos ampliamente este hotel a los viajeros. 🎊🎊🎊

The room and bed was so comfortable and everything was new. The A/C was strong! The staff was amazing from beginning to end. The breakfast was fantastic. The highlight my massage with Mecela (the best massage) and the beautiful pool and sauna were also fabulous. The doors open to plaza mayor in one side and I only discovered that the day I was leaving;) the Conceirge was also fabulous!

My two friends and I visited as the last stop on our trip and it was the perfect ending. We were immediately welcomed by the friendly staff who got us settled quickly. The hotel was very clean and situated in a central spot walkable to so many places. The pool was a great place to pass the siesta hours and the staff were wonderful about getting us get a difficult reservation booked for a last minute birthday celebration. This is definitely a return visit spot for me!

I’m definitely staying here again! Beautiful hotel with great amenities like an indoor and outdoor pool. Nice rooms with a balcony view of the square. Service was excellent. When I asked for something, they got it for me right away. Little things like free fruit, fruit water, and a library it says a lot.

The staff was very responsive and kind to a tourist with limited Spanish speaking ability. Everything was clean and the property, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. The location right on Plaza Mayor makes this the perfect destination spot for a first time tourist in Madrid. You are no more than a 15 minute walk to almost everything you want to see in Madrid.

The breakfast buffet was ok. Croissants, pastries, small pieces of waffles seem to just be coming out of a freezer and warmed. Choice of fruits very limited.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We walked to all of the major Madrid attractions with ease. The rooftop swimming pool is a very nice amenity for a summer visit. We used it to cool off in the afternoons after touring about during the very hot days. Strongly recommend.

Nice entrance but small rooms. Rooms can be updated, shower needs a full deep cleaning, crack tiles fixed, carpet deep clean and some paint could help the room.

The property was good. The location was central. But the plaza meant to be a nice attraction was messy.

Everything at this hotel was perfect from start to finish! Great location, staff, restaurant and amenities. The interior design is luxe and beautiful. Made for a great experience during our stay in Madrid!

Perfect location and they made the start of our Spain trip memorable by helping us celebrate our occasion with cava and cake. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained.

The location and old bldg were amazing, as was the friendly and professional staff. Our room had a very comfortable bed and great shower but was alittle cramped. We had two large suitcases and only one fit on the bench, the other had to remain on the floor. We also needed a table, but were about to use the lounge area.

Everything was great! 4 star!
