The front desk staff were simply delightful, accommodating, and efficient. A joy.

We stay here often. Hotel needs a lil renovating; it's getting a lil tired looking. Location is great. Breakfast needs improving and needs to be included. Staff at front desk and in restaurant needs to be more welcoming. Try adding a nightly turndown treat for the price.

The entire staff were so helpful, respectful and friendly. From the First greeting by our full names to leaving saying we were like family now. Can't say enough.

Four Seasons’ hotel in Montreal is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in for business trips. I frequently travel there for work, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations. Their Marcus bar is one of the best in town. Their director, Nicolas, is incredibly professional and hands-on.

Problem with room service pricing otherwise great

Everything was wonderful and above and beyond. I had a book on the nightstand and they left me an adorable bookmark next to my book. I always have several pairs of sunglasses with me so they left me a glasses cleaning towel next to my pile of sunglasses. These are micro examples of the overall excellence of this hotel.

Juste wow

I had a pleasant stay with a lovely, well-appointed room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. While the pool area featured an attractive nautical beach-inspired setting, the high chlorine levels prevented me from enjoying it. Gym was on point and had good equipment for a fitness enthusiast. I would not recommend Holt Cafe connected to the hotel, as the food quality was subpar. In contrast, they booked us for dinner at Foxy and that was lovely as the ingredients served at this restaurant were organic. They made seamless reservations via their app and iPad in room. The room service was excellent, and the selection of snacks and beverages provided in the room was of good quality. The turn-down service was outstanding and deserves a perfect score of 10/10, the cleaning ladies are very pleasant and kind. Overall, I would gladly return to this hotel if visiting Montreal again.

Everything was great and the staff went about and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the parking even we were doing self parking the still charging $55 a night for parking

great breakfast and the room is clean. only thing need improve is weak toilet flushing.

If I could give the staff a higher rating that what is available I would. So helpful. Pool area and sauna was very clean, fresh apples, water... Incredible property. The follow up was good too.
