My rating wasn't good so let me explain why. It's a tired old motel that seems to be going through an upgrade in some areas. There is no check in at the motel itself. You have to drive down the road to another motel. The check in staff there were friendly and explained the amenities at this motel were available for use by the guests staying at Auberge Happy Logis. The pool was clean and warm. Hot tub was nice also. Driving into the motel, the place had more of an abandoned look to it than a welcoming vibe. It wasn't obvious how you got upstairs to the second floor and it turns out you have to walk through a kitchen service area that smelled likThe motel room itself was o smaller side. Ce qui m'a déplu était que la première journée, nous n'avions pas la clé avant de notre chambre. Sinon, dès lors que nous l'avions, le séjour était bien

Rien de négatif à dire! Propriétaire super gentil et à notre demande, nous avons été changé de chambre seulement pour être un peu plus loin du bar, au cas! Mais endroit bien plus calme que décrit dans certains commentaires! Nous retournerons sans hésiter.

No interaction with the staff. Saw no one around. Floor had a lot of sand and pebbles tracked in and floor not sweep. Bathroom was not clean.

Check-in was a little odd. We were expected to drive 5 minutes to pick up room keys. Staff at the attached restaurant were very helpful, and since we were on snowmobiles, drove to get the room keys for us. We were on the 2nd floor and getting to our rooms from the exterior was very treachorous due snow not being cleared. The room was nothing speacial and we soon discovered there was an interior entrance to our rooms. Due to fact there was no hotel staff onsite, we weren't made aware of this, and it was an entrance no guest would have found on their own until they were in their room. Definitely room to improve service.

The room was clean staff was friendly. The beds need to be attached to the wall somehow. They are on wheels and move around too easily.

Très déçue de cet endroit offert par Hôtels. Com, 1er il n'y avait pas de réception, un papier indique qu'il faut aller à un autre hôtel situe a quelques kilometres pour obtenir notre clef, soit le Manoir Etchemin, vu l'absence de services de base sur place au Happy logis, on a demandé si on pouvait changer pour loger à l'hotel Etchemin où on doit recuperer la clef pour la chambre au Happy logis? Elle n'a pas voulu modifier notre réservation. On a dû en prendre notre parti arrivées à la chambre, entrée extérieure obstruée par massif de plantes qui bloquait le passage pour atteindre la porte de notre chambre, a l'intérieur, trous dans le mur au dessus des lits, difficulté à obtenir eau chaude, seulement un petit filet, en plus pas de chaines de tv, seulement pu visionner TVA., c'est tout en plus aucun loquet de sécurité intérieur. On a meme pas pris notre douche , endroit qui a grand besoin d'être rénové. Tres déçue, c'est la 1ere fois depuis le nombre d 'années que j'utilise cette application , d'avoir été bernee par des évaluations bidons impossible de coter 8 cet endroit.

Was amazing place for price

Propreté ok, mais isolation pas bonne. Il y eu des enfants qui jouaient dans le corridor arrière et dans la chambre du haut. On les entendait très bien

Staff are great, room is very clean and spacious. Older building and difficult access to second floor. Please be aware, you have to go to a different hotel down the street to pick up your trim key and return them when you check out. Otherwise good stay and the restaurant attached is amazing.

no room

Lovely little inn that is located above a restaurent. You have to travel to another location to get your keys. It is also not mentioned but you have access to their pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

very hold building no good for the price

I was not made aware that the reception closed at a certain time. We arrived at 22:30 and was created by a locked door and when I called the contact number, got an answering machine!

They have always been accomodating
