We arrived at the hotel on Friday 23, I booked for Club room type for 3 days. There are 4 of us, including 6yo child. Babysitter. Me and my wife, first of all I surprised they ask for id/ktp from all of us, this never happen before as far as I travel in Indonesia. May be the hotel rules, but just for your info. This is annoying. Then they told that the room for two guest. My child cannot enter the room because I don't mention in my booking. Oh my God. 6yo kid? That's why we book for suite club room, we can ask for extra bed at check in later. Why the hotel blamed us for the number of person in app? What surprised me more. They offered superior room with extra money and compliment for my child. Is this really a way of hotel business?. Then they told me. That I can't refund my money from online agent on d day. What the f*. This is not about money. I've been in Bali since 18 Dec. Just info: I strongly don't recommend this hotel for family or couple to spend the holiday. I cancelled the check in. Lose all 6.9 million. The reception look happy with smile to let me go. I moved to other hotel. Great reception, good service. And the important thing they don't treat us like Puri.
