The bed and pillows were comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in new places, but here I fell asleep instantly. The garden is expansive, with the pool and beach far behind. The balcony lacks privacy, and you can see people passing by. Breakfast options are plentiful but mediocre. The wait for a half-cooked egg took over 30 minutes. The food at the back restaurant is delicious.

I booked two rooms here. The hotel was easy to access. The front desk staff was friendly. The downside was that the room was stuffy. The breakfast wasn't great, lacking variety. The elevator was far from my room, so I had to go down the stairs to get to the pool. Otherwise, it was fine.

Stayed at Bintang Kuta Resort during Nyepi and had such a lovely experience ✨. This wasn’t my first time staying here, and they never disappoint. The view is amazing, front facing directly to the ocean 🌊, with a beautiful, well-maintained garden that makes everything feel so peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the pool is spacious and perfect for relaxing. They also have a spa, which is a nice bonus if you want to unwind even more. Overall, everything was just perfect. Definitely one of my go to places to stay in Bali 💛

My experience staying here for 2 nights: - Ample parking. Don't worry about not finding a spot. - Strategic location. Close to Discovery Mall, restaurants, and access to German Beach, just a short walk away. - Clean room, clean bathroom, complete toiletries, and slippers, so it's safe to get wet in the pool or the beach. - The hotel's Wi-Fi is smooth. We could surf the internet without interruption in our room and throughout the hotel. - The TV channels are clear and there are kid-friendly options for our children. - Our room had garden access, so the kids could play in the morning and afternoon. - Motorcycle taxis can deliver orders to the lobby. - There's an adult pool, a children's pool, and a heated pool (jacuzzi). Towels can be requested at the towel counter. - Near the pool, there are plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing or taking photos with the Bintang Bali Resort logo in the background. There's also a swing, which was our children's favorite. - The Kids Club is fun. There's a ball pit, slides, a coloring table, and even a PS4. Free character balloons made by the staff. - Breakfast is from 7-11 AM. The breakfast menu is very varied. There are many food stalls too. It's delicious and they always make sure the food is always stocked. - This is the most interesting part. Every guest gets a free 20-minute photo session on the hotel grounds. One free file (soft/printed). If you want to keep all the files, there's a special price. Printed photos can be picked up the next day.

everything was great, during my 2-day stay. only the room occupant didn't know whether it was upstairs or next door every 11 pm was really noisy hahaha my heart was pounding and I didn't know what to do, the first day in the middle of the night it was really noisy outside, foreigners were shouting so loudly that I woke up. My husband even called the lobby but no one answered. for all the facilities are the best.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with many restaurants and massage parlors within walking distance. The hotel's poolside is directly connected to German Beach, so you can enjoy both the pool and the ocean. The grounds are spacious, and the beautifully maintained gardens create a lovely atmosphere, allowing you to easily enjoy a resort-like atmosphere.

It's my first time staying in this hotel. My first time became very awesome moments. Next, it will become my first choice when I want to stay nearby Kuta.

Upon check-in, the ID requested wasn't just the booking ID. It was strange, it was my first time experiencing something like that, and the receptionist couldn't provide an answer when asked why. That was all. Everything else was fine. Note: The bathroom exhaust in room 1051 (I forgot?) needed to be repaired, as the bathroom was always wet.

Would have liked to stay longer, maybe next time.

The water in the bathroom is leaking out...maybe there is a limit or it should be made lower than the toilet side

We had the best time! From the large room, the expansive green garden, the friendly and attentive staff to the kids, and the pool and beach access, which were perfect for kids to play. This hotel is also stroller- and wheelchair-friendly. Highly recommended for those who don't like traffic jams, as it's easy to get everywhere and to the airport—and for those who like distinctive Balinese architecture that's not intimidating. The price is relatively affordable for all the benefits. The hotel is also well-maintained. Requests for a baby cot and late check-out are also provided. If the pillows smell a little off, just ask for a replacement. Easy peasy. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel in the Kartika Plaza area of Kuta. I didn't expect Kuta to be this clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Usually, in Canggu and Uluwatu, even bringing a stroller is difficult because there are no proper sidewalks. Honest review, no qualms.
