A well-serviced hotel for a family holiday

The AC maintenance is leaking and sometimes releases ice crystals which can be dangerous if children don't know and slip, the room smells like damp, the TV is on but the screen is broken and cracked, there are no bath towels provided, the toilet smells of urine even though it is flushed several times.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly. The best part is that they have a private beach just a few minutes' walk back. The large, circular pool is great for photos. The food is also delicious, with a wide variety of Indonesian, Asian, and Western dishes. The prices are still affordable and worth it.

This hotel is one of the oldest in Senggigi. The rooms are still well-maintained, but the mattresses need to be replaced due to their outdated design. The hotel is located far from the center of Senggigi. The food selection is extensive and quite tasty. The swimming pool is very spacious, so you can swim all day. Other facilities include a children's play area. The service is particularly noteworthy, as the first-floor room we booked at 9 p.m. was still unavailable at check-in.

This hotel is perfect for a staycation. The various activities make it so you won't get bored. It's so much fun that you have to check it out... The food is so delicious. I want to stay here again. It's so much fun.

The location is great, but the Mangsit Room is across the street, so it lacks privacy. Breakfast could be improved. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Other than that, it was perfect. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay at the resort comfortable.

The hotel and facilities look dated, but the outdoor area offers a very calming view, including numerous coconut trees and beautiful palms. The view from our room was beautiful. Overall: 7/10 for the room. Amenities: 8/10. I tried the table tennis and swimming pool. Amenities: The pool tiles need replacing. Breakfast: 9/10
