Beautiful quiet place that gave me a nice vacation feel. Happy with bathtub & bath salt provided. Service staff was pleasant, welcoming and hospitable. Loved breakfast that had honeycomb & strawberry. Location altitude is lower than other hotels thus not cold enough. No good food in nearest town Ringlet, Tanah Rata town w food is 15 mins drive.

It was a great hotel with a friendly hotel staff. I love the room, the environment, hotel decoration etc. However, due to I come during raining season, the water conditions in my room is quite bad. When I want to take a bath in bathtub, the water turns dark brown. Even after I do it for 3rd time. But the water is ok for the next day. After all, it's very a good hotel and services
