It’s a wonderful self-contained resort. You will not be bored staying here to get away from it all. They do have free shuttle bus service to downtown and have many fun recreational activities. Views were wonderful and the staff were just lovely.

Staff are helpful, friendly, and attentive. The resort is beautiful and kids friendly. They have so many activities prepared for kids. The swimming pool is awesome and the beach is superb. I never regret choosing this hotel every time I'm looking for a relaxing holiday with my family.

had a unpleasant experience of dead roach 🪳 on balcony, try not to complain till next day the safe locker can't be used and wasted 20min of trying. even though manager had upgrade our rooms, is still unpleasant experience from 5 star hotel

The environment was so nice and comfort 🥰 all the staff is so friendly. Perfect getaway for honeymoon or anniversary. They don't deserved to get 5 star, but more than 5 star !🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️ Will come again ! Thank you Shangrila !

Everything was so special. I love the food, the service, the room, toiletries etc etc. I had a great fun during the bird watching activity. Sabinus was a good conversationalist. Even Lance (hope I got it right) the guy assisting guests at discovery center was so friendly. Salina also and Kelly are great hotel staff. I will go back with my sister next year.
