Very strategic location, close to everything, shopping and culinary options are nearby. Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms with complete facilities, and excellent service. Recommended to stay here again.

I've stayed at the Marriott several times, and the service is always good, but the front of the hotel is always very busy.

Breakfast options were not good and the lift system is very slow despite having 6 lifts. Did not recognize Marriott Bonvoy membership benefits when booking via 3rd party platforms despite having Platinum Elite membership.

Everything was good unless the bed was dirty after check in and have old blood on it & the rooms not soundproof at all u still can hear the guests beside u so clearly.

Worth every cent. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the check-in process was seamless. True JW service at its best. Overall, highly recommended.

The service is very good, from check-in to check-out everything is served very well, all the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, the hotel is very close to the MRT station, Pavilion mall and other tourist attractions.

It's good that my room has been upgraded to have the KL Tower view. But, major disappointment because I can't use the bathtub due to the drain stopper isn't working. I can't really remember the room number. Either 2018 or 2118

Very nice hotel with an excellent location... close to Pavilion and other eating places, everything within walking distance, will be here again next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Overall services and experience was pleasant, just that the lift were not disinfected especially the lift button full of hand prints and dirty, to avoid spreading germs and covid virus it is recommended to do cleaning and disinfecting every 2 hours
