Dated room but excellent service and location.

We were attended by Ms. Cristine and she's very friendly. The check-in process was seamless. I was pleasantly surprised as the hotel team has decorated my room and had given a cake for my birthday. Besides that, the F&B team members at the Lemon Garden were very efficient and attentive to all the guests, greeted the guests with warmth and the spread for breakfast was amazing. We love to celebrate certain occasions at this hotel as it has never failed to make us feel special. Thank you Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur for such a memorable experience.

Less luxurious than we expected. The room was small, the entrance to parking was confusing (parking right in front of the lobby requires valet parking charges), one of the poorer tasting breakfast spreads we had among all the hotels we stayed in. Though, breakfast had many varieties to choose from. Need at least 15 minutes to get to the nearest mall and the train station is about 10 minutes walking.

This is an older property but very well maintained. Room is big, gym is massive, pool is decent size. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The atmosphere here is peaceful, the staff is enthusiastic, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

suggestion for the hotel, you might use lampe berger aroma therapy to remove old carpet smell instead of water based air purifier that made the room smell moisture

In general, the service and food are very satisfying. The location is very strategic close to shopping centers. But single message rooms with price upgrades but in fact can be combined with 2 beds.

The reception and other staff in the lobby area are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but the staff could be more friendly looking and smiling. The location of the hotel is very strategic - lot of bars and restaurants around and is a walking distance to the Petronas Towers.
