Hyatt Kuantan is fabulous, rooms clean, service good, and beaches are ideal.

Check-in and check-out very good

Nice hotel. There is a private beach which is clean and beautiful. Kids love it so much.

Went early and asked for check in, the staff said it would take time and I said I will wait. I'm okay with that, actually. The thing is, there is one Malay guy wearing a white colour uniform who came from inside and gave the key saying you can use this room first. I understand his urgency, but at the same time I said I wanted a higher floor and the thing he said made me write this. He actually said, "Dinding kat atas tak baik condition mungkin runtuh sikit2 nanti.

This is my fourth stay here, recommended absolutely amazing view, but need a long queue when having breakfast in the early morning.

I brought my wife to stay here. My wife is very happy with the service, facilities and scenery here. Car parking is a little far from the hotel. Parking The parking is very close.

Memorable vacation! This marks our 2nd visit to this enchanting destination, our last visit was in January 2022. The room boasted a breathtaking view and the property continues to exude impeccable maintenance. With its wheelchair friendly facilities, we were able to conveniently store the wheelchair in our room. The kids’ amenities met our expectations and the breakfast spread was nothing short of expansive. Yet the real gem lies in the warmth and hospitality of the staff with special mentions to Manoj, the dedicated intern, Amin and the rest of the team. Their friendliness and unwavering assistance added an extra layer of delight to our stay.

The ambience, the staffs, the facilities & beach all was perfect!

My experiences at 5 stars hotel are below my expectations. Breakfast offered was not tasty and limited of choice. Even has rambut at the kuih kole kacang. However, the views and staffs are magnificent and outstanding. 5 stars for both above.

Enjoy my stay here. The staff was helpful, responsive and went miles to make your stay comfortable. The room conditions were good as advertised. The only drawback was the breakfast was super expensive. But there are many F&B options next to the hotel. We ordered the room service and it was so salty not quite for what you have paid for. Overall we have a pleasant experience in the hotel.

The best staycation ever in hyatt Kuantan. My children really enjoy the beach & ambience here. Definitely will repeat again.

Nice place, really enjoy the stay. The staff went extra mile to cater our request-lower floor and near lobby as my wife is pregnant.

The best thing about the resort would be the staff. From the front desk to the ones manning the restaurants, they did a very good job. Very quick check in, prompt services with the food, nothing much to complain about the services from the staff.

Very beautiful sunrise and the place totally look like in art painting, we really enjoyed our stay and very peaceful environment.

I really enjoyed my stay here the only downside is I stayed only for 1 night. Everyone from the security, bellman, FOAs, housekeepers are really nice. I would like to give a special thanks the kitchen staff (breakfast). They are super nice. Rooms are OK. I really thought my room had a tub but it was just shower which is fine for me but some people might find it deceiving as only the rooms with tubs are shown in the gallery. The beach is super near as well overall I would love to come back here.

Enjoyed 3D2N stay with parents and kids. Great location, walking distance to fast food restaurants and we had a morning walk through the bridge at teluk cempedak. Good service, clean room and friendly staff. Smooth and fast check in with very helpful staff to arrange my parents room closer to facilities. Will come again definitely.
