The staff’s services are so good, would choose the same hotel when I come back to Penang.

I'm so satisfied. The hotel is soo good and comfortable. The kids really love it. Spacious and good facility. A lot of activities to be done here. Really worth the price.

Always stay in this hotel. So many times stay here. Staff friendly. Parking OK. Comfortable. Stay with family with small children. Pool nice for children.

Resort is old and run down, breakfast is bad and not diverse Rooms are spacious but quite old

The resort is big and has many amenities but is quite old, the 3-person room with a balcony facing the sea is very nice However, the extra bed is very shabby, like a hospital bed, old, the bed sheets and blankets are messy, the furniture is old, the beach area has many crows and bugs Bad breakfast buffet, few choices

Very friendly front office and in-house restaurant staff. The room was clean and tidy with daily cleaning services. Close to the beach with a clean swimming pool. We had a good time.

The hotel is ok, the parking lot is spacious, the beach is beautiful and clean. The swimming pool for the children is also beautiful.

The beach must be made better.

the hotel,the room,the location,the food,the staff were okay.. except for the semut charlie and the tv channel.. cannot played any of the movies channel.. called the reception to complain.. and still nothing..

Very satisfied. Got a cheap rate for this quality, the view is nice even though it's not a sea view. Too bad it's only 1 night for transit before going back to my hometown😁. And the happiest thing seems to be that in each room there is an iron plus a table, for those who must be neat, it's a positive thing because they don't need to borrow irons😀
