I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Singapore. The room was comfortable, the breakfast spread was good, and most of the hotel staff were friendly, making the stay enjoyable overall. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk staff, Cindy, took a long time to locate our booking and seemed unfriendly throughout the process. I also inquired about a complimentary birthday cake, but her response was not very welcoming, even though I had submitted the request earlier through the app. Also, she appeared visibly upset when speaking with us. That said, the hotel did eventually send a small complimentary cake to our room, which we appreciated. While the room, breakfast, and overall service from other staff were positive, the check-in experience could be improved.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is also very delicious and Muslim friendly.

Excellent stay as always. The room is comfortable, the service is consistently great, and the facilities are well-maintained. Nothing has changed over the years. It truly remains a five-star experience every time.

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay here.

I will stay here if I return to Singapore.

We are very disappointed of your service and the room is not ready on time because we have to wait at least 2 hrs for check-in and staff help us check-in quite late and even though they can’t help me to carry our luggage they said to wait for 20 mins. We helped ourselves. We are unhappy with this so much :))
