Friendly staff, nice, clean rooms... Responsive service, but the breakfast is just standard. Overall, it's good and not disappointing... I'll stay here again next time because it's kid-friendly and has a swimming pool.

Comfortable and clean hotel, strategic location close to major malls in West Jakarta.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a 4-star hotel, the dirty, slippery, and cockroach-infested room was completely unacceptable. This clearly falls short of the expected cleanliness standards. Furthermore, the breakfast was also very poor, both in terms of taste and menu variety. I hope management will address this issue seriously, as this experience has significantly impacted our assessment of the hotel. Thank you.

Friendly and recommended service

The building is old or simply poorly maintained. Breakfast is highly not recommended; it's better to order from outside. The swimming pool is still okay for a staycation with kids.

The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious, the swimming pool is also nice.

Family's favorite hotel for years

Overall, everything was fine, even though the hotel is old. The check-in process was also incredibly long, with an hour-long wait for a room. Furthermore, a 500,000 IDR deposit is required. It seems hotels nowadays rarely require deposits, and even those that do don't exceed 500,000 IDR.

All employees are very friendly and really helpful, cool blue swimming pool, and very near to the shopping area. It's a fantastic choice for family. We'll be there in a very near time.

As usual, when I stay here, I got a good stay, nice pool with 3 option pools, and a spacious room (with a dining room, living room), kids are happy with the view from the room and living room.

I've stayed here three times, the good thing is the place is spacious, but this time I was given an uncomfortable room. First, the dining table and chairs were full of scratches, it was time to replace/repair them. Second, the bed was supposed to be a king bed but after checking, it was two single beds in one, resulting in uncomfortable sleeping because there was a gap in the middle, aka uneven. Third, the TV wasn't a smart TV. Fourth, the bathtub was dirty, only one mat was provided. Fifth, the refrigerator was never cleaned, the frost was so full that it was difficult to close. Check-in was at 3 PM, check-out was at 12 PM and there was a deposit of 500,000 Rupiah. For the price of 650,000 Rupiah per night, I think it was less than satisfactory.

I waited from 3:00 PM and only entered the room at 5:30 PM with the floor still slippery and wet from the mop. The equipment in the room was also lacking.

We chose to stay here with our extended family during the Eid holiday, with a penthouse unit priced at 4 million rupiah per night. We were expecting complete amenities, but we were disappointed upon arrival: one of the rooms had hot AC, the bathroom was slippery, the refrigerator wasn't cold, even the drinking water was only bottled mineral water without a dispenser/gallon, and there was only one access to the unit and elevator. It was very difficult for our family to get up and down, only helped by the swimming pool and sand area which were fun for the kids, otherwise it was just so-so. My first and last experience staying here.

The staff are friendly. The floor of the room is dirty. The facilities in the room need to be improved because it is an apartment model, such as: water dispenser, cooking utensils (pots, pans), and the refrigerator needs to be repaired. The room needs to be renovated.

I've always loved staying at this hotel, but it seems like things have changed and need a lot of improvement. I was quite disappointed with this last one. The hallway was dim and gloomy, it was a bit dark leading to the room, the AC in the living room wasn't cold, the microwave had to be requested, there were no floor towels in the toilet, there was no bathtub, the shower was cramped, many of the walls had loose wallpaper, and what was even more annoying was arriving at 2:50 PM and being told to wait until 3:00 PM to enter the room, claiming it was still being prepared. Luckily, the deposit was overdue, which was 500,000 Rupiah.
