Strategic hotel location, comfortable rooms.

Next to the hotel, there's a durian shop, near the New World Park food court, and near the Ming Xiang Tai cake shop. The hot shower is just the right temperature. Unfortunately, if you want hot water, you have to get it from the second-floor lobby. Towels are changed daily, and slippers are provided. A toothbrush and toothpaste, a hair dryer, and two bottles of mineral water are provided. However, the AC is located directly in front of the bed, making it unbearable after a while.

The room was too small, no small table/chair, no television. It was close to my desired destinations: Park Food City, Prangin Mall, and Komtar bus terminal. Thanks for the hotel staff.

A clean budget hotel stay in the city centre of Georgetown. Water dispenser and free flow of espresso is available at the lobby. Recently rebranded from Tune Hotel to Nio Hotel. Fast check-in and check-out without the hassle of a deposit. About a 15-minute walk to Komtar bus terminal and Penang Road. Free CAT bus is available from the side of Komtar bus terminal to explore clan jetty and heritage sites.

The rooms are clean and decently sized, and the location is excellent. It’s perfect for solo travelers or couples, but not recommended for families. Since it’s a budget hotel, don't expect many amenities

I'm having problems with the Wi-Fi; only one person in the room can log in, and it disconnects very frequently. I have to log in to the Wi-Fi all the time, which isn't ideal. I stayed at another hotel, and whenever my friends came to visit, we could all log in to the Wi-Fi, but here I can't.

I stayed here with a group of 8 people. The hotel was simply the best. It was clean, fragrant, and had plenty of restaurants nearby. There was a red bean ice shop and a dim sum restaurant nearby, as well as two shophouses right next door. 👍👍👍

We booked 8 rooms because we were a group, the hotel was clean, it was easy to find food, there were many vendors next to the hotel, those who like durian would find it tastier, in front of the hotel there was a shop selling Musang King durian, great 👍

Even though the room is not that spacious, it is enough to put 2 suitcases, but the room is clean, the sheets are clean and fragrant, the hot water is smooth, if you want to find food, there are lots of places to stay next to the hotel, the receptionist is helpful, in short, it's great, we rented 8 rooms here because we were a group.
