Always wonderful staying here. A classic hotel but everything was nice and clean. The area is also superb, only a 2-minute walking distance to Beachwalk Mall and the beach.

The second experience, as usual, was very comfortable, the hotel staff were friendly, the service was satisfactory, access to the busy center, Kuta Beach and the mall was just a short walk away.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, non-racist, and very considerate of both domestic and international guests. The location is convenient and very close to Beachwalk Shopping Center. The rooms are also comfortable and clean, with fast water, cool and well-functioning air conditioning, and daily housekeeping.
