The food variety can still be improved, but fortunately, there is goat soup, coffee shops, chicken and meatball noodles, and 2 minimarkets on the left and right of the hotel.

The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and the accommodation was excellent. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay at Aston Denpasar again next time.

For a 4-star hotel, this Aston doesn’t preserve the quality. The property is not well-maintained, the room cleanliness is bad for a deluxe type, and the bed sheets smell not good.

The staff is friendly, the food is varied, the fruit has been divided per cup, the facilities in the form of a gym should be opened earlier at 07.00 because if you want to go to the gym in the morning it is not open yet, the drawback in the B2 parking area is that there is an unpleasant smell.

The hallway in front of the room smelled fishy, and the parking lot reeked of garbage. There was a pile of trash in the corner of the parking lot. The mattress would be nice to replace; it creaked when you slept on it.

My room was cozy, with complete facilities that made my stay relaxing and convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service was very good. The location is also practical, with easy access to many places in Denpasar. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

The hotel needs renovation/rejuvenation, the toilet is clogged, the exhaust is dead, after it was fixed it was not cleaned so the bathroom is dirty.

The place is okay, close to the center of Denpasar, there are 2 swimming pools, for the deluxe room for those who are allergic to dust, it is better not to get it because the carpet looks quite old, the rest is really okay, no complaints.
