The hotel is great... the rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is huge, and every room smells great. The staff are very friendly, and there's a wide selection of food. Mr. Hagi also served me well during check-in. My son's birthday happened to be his, so he received a souvenir from the hotel. Thank you again. 🙏😊 I'll be back again.

Amazing experience. My kids are happy staying here. The food is good, the pool is nice, and the staff really shows good hospitality. Definitely will come back. And Hilton really holds its reputation. 🩵

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Hilton Bandung. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast also had a wide selection and was delicious. The hotel's atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing or a staycation. Thank you to the entire Hilton Bandung team for the exceptional service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return again. Highly recommended!

The in-room dining and breakfast were very tasty, with a wide variety of options. We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilton, made even more memorable by the exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive staff and concierge. They were always warm, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside was the bathroom, which did not have a proper lock and only had a blind/cover from the outside. It was a bit difficult to maintain privacy, especially when travelling with kids.
