Stayed 3 nights in room overlooking pool bar. Room was great, comfortable bed, great aircon (had to figure it out myself), shower was as powerful as ive had in any hotel. Room was spotless on arrival and cleaned daily to a great standard, though Im a bit ocd anyway. Food was good in restaurant. Plenty selection, hot food was always hot and i wasn’t ever stuck for choice though Im not a fussy eater anyway. Plenty of sun loungers though there’s a queue from 0800 as folk want the best positions, it’s not like they run out of beds. There’s an elevated terrace too at the back with plenty more sunbeds or bali beds if that’s your thing. Only went to the gym one day as I found it locked when I was looking to access. Turns out you need to ask for the key at reception. Small gym but has enough to tick you over on holiday. Good aircon but take your own towel/ water. The show lounge below the bar had some excellent acts on. Mind show your room card for small discount. Think it was 50cents off my €7.50 drink but better than nothing. I was on glenfiddich malt so reasonably priced for a large measure. Overall a good 4 star hotel in the heart of the new town.

The best hotel

Lovely clean hotel with fabulous staff! However, sadly,the vegetarian options for half board at dinner were really poor, mostly dried up pasta with either cheese or tomato sauce and occasionally a pizza or prepared salad that didn’t contain meat. Not a legume in sight on the legume serving area apart from sometimes green peas!

Great place to stay highly recommended Staff very friendly and helpful Room spotless cleaned everyday. Food and restaurant brilliant plenty of choice breakfast lunch and dinner. Good entertainment.

Clean room lovely pool view. Fantastic shower. Food was lovely every night. One fault , the air con was set to 24 degrees, and wouldn’t go any lower. a bit warm even for us brits! 20 in the rooms would have been perfect.

Just checking out now after our second stay here, the staff are all very hard working, thank you to Silvin who kept our room perfect. The hotel caters for a gluten free diet which my husband needs due to being celiac, if I could recommend one thing, it would be the evening meal had a little more gluten free options, maybe an choice of pasta to add to the sauces on offer. The hotel is across from Jokers and although our balcony faced it, the patio door was great. Thank you

An excellent stay. The hotel was great. We are a pair of friends in our 50s looking for something quiet and classy during the day, but close to the nightlife. It didn’t dissapoint. We went full board, well worth it, the food is good. Drinks at meal times and around the pool good value. Small things that could be improved. During meal times the plates were cleared as soon as your knife and fork touched down. That felt quite rude at times. The elevators were noisy with lots of binging. We could hear it down the corridor, so must have been bad if you had a room closer. You don't expect to pay for a room safe. Not in a hotel of this quality anyway. We would 100% stay again.

Superb hotel, great atmosphere around the pool. Majority of staff are friendly and welcoming, just a male worker that sometimes worked the pool bar that clearly needed a career move but that didn’t dampen our stay. Food in the restaurant is brilliant. Already booked for next September.
