Walkable to the bus and train stations

The room and the staff were very very good. The hotel is in a good location. You are close to many restaurants and shopping. They are not very far from walking to the tour destination.

Easy access to water and land transport. The best breakfast garden to watch the city go by. Room had everything we needed, was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again

Great location and perfect bar/garden by canal to relax

L'hôtel est situé tous prêt de la gare de Venise, et dans un quartier tranquille. La terrasse sur le toit et le jardin directement sur le grand canal est magnifique. Les chambre et l'hôtel est complément rénové à neuf dans une vieux bâtiment. Les employés sont très gentils est toujours prêt pour le moindres besoins. Je recommande à 100%

Very nice newly renovated hotel

Beautiful

Property was conveniently located to the train station. Was a little unique check in process. Check in was processed at another hotel across the courtyard. Used room key to open lobby access and get in the elevator to get to your room. Room was roomy and clean. Found a local bar two minutes walk away which had a very friendly staff. Had easy access to shopping and strolling opportunities to view the beautiful Venice city.

Very good location, updated hotel. However they regulate the air conditioning to be no lower than 23C (75F) which will not cool you down after walking around Venice for hours so many showers taken after walking around for hours to cool off. Also had to sleep above the sheets at night and was unable to get restful night sleep.

Clean, peacefull, good ubication

Polite and prompt service. Great location with being close to attractions but enough off the beaten path that it was quiet at night. Room was small but comfortable with nice linens and towels.

Clean room and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the garden was a great way to start the day!

My total experience was really good at this place. The location is perfect, and the building and the room are in great condition. Just few tiny negative points such as very small room, no electric kettle or coffee machine in the room; and there is no reception, so guests have to go to another hotel (just in front) for check-in/out and any other inquiries.

Brand new hotel with association with a hotel nearby. The front desk was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was extra, but very good.

Wonderful location and newly renovated! The staff were incredibly kind, the location is a 5 minute walk to the train station (perfect location-close to everything, yet very quiet) and the room was great! I highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are small, but we knew that. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed our 3 days in Venice.

清潔さ:ホテル全体は清掃が行き届いており清潔だった。 スタッフ:アーリーチェックインに対応いただきありがたかった。このホテルは隣接する別のホテルでチェックインする必要があるが手続きに困ることはなかった。(本ホテルにスタッフは常駐していない)清掃もきちんとされた。 施設: リフォームされた室内は清潔でした。バスルームはハンドシャワーとオーバーヘッドシャワーがあり水量、温度調整共に快適だった。 エレベーターがあるのもよかった。 周辺環境:徒歩3分のところにスーパーもあり水や食料を容易に調達でき便利。サンマルコ広場まではいくつもの階段と30分程度の徒歩での道のりとなるが道中お土産屋やバルがあるなど楽しめるので問題ない。 総じて満足のいくホテルでした。
