Almost ruined our vacation. We made an inquiry from Indonesia regarding a double bedroom for a full week, but they gave us a twin bedroom with no view. The receptionist was not helpful at all. We were promised that we would have our bedroom the next day, only to find out that we couldn't change it. But we booked it for a whole week. The Wi-Fi wasn't working on day 3; we asked them to fix it, but nobody fixed it until we left. One day, they didn't give us new towels, and we weren't sure if they cleaned the room. They never changed our bedsheets from the first day we stayed. Surprisingly, for a nice hotel, the hospitality was very bad. For a note, nobody from the reception greeted us from the first day we stayed; the hospitality was so sad.
The only thing that we are grateful for is that they have a very good restaurant, Safron Restaurant, for breakfast with super nice staff that always greeted us every day!
