Everything was wonderful Staff,room.local,cleanliness,& all around good feeling

Didn't like looking at the street and gas station

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento. We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished. Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal location.

Nice hotel, Greta view, breakfast was delicious

Bed was comfortable and internet was fast. Needed to work remotely and was able to be productive using their WiFi.

Location is good. We stayed at the old part of the hotel, AC is controlled by the front desk. Hair dryer was not working. Bathroom is very old. Picture shows the new part of the hotel which is much better. My first room was right next to an antique elevator.its impossible to sleep even with my ear plugs. Staffs are very friendly.

Although our room wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived and had to wait for that to get sorted and someone to come up do that, the property was pretty clean overall. We enjoyed the nice large pool and was never too crowded.

Place was great and centerally located

What an amazing experience! I booked an Airbnb that was not ideal and made this booking last minute. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day! So convenient, every single person that helped us was amazing and close to everything. I think I’m dove with Airbnb’s from now on. Beautiful property!

Location location location this is a great place to stay close to so many great places to visit like Positano for example. Daniella goes the extra mile to help you with everything and from here you can go everywhere if you want to.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at! They sold me an old room that is completely different than the picture! Bad AC, no working electricity sockets no safe, door doesn’t close properly! It was bad! And the staff is very limited with very slow response time! For this high price i would have booked a much better place!

Hotel and staff were amazing.

This is a nice hotel if a bit dated in the rooms department , whatever happens if they offer you a room in the 650’s it’s so noisy , I’m a light sleeper & it was awfull …..but good enough we asked for a change of room and they let us & gave us a decent one on the ground floor , nice pool , good breakfast & a decent location ..not bad but not the best .

Old and run down. Loud street noise all night long. Bed hard as a rock shower very small.

Nice hotel only issue was the refrigerator didn’t work properly.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Sorrento. Easy walk to everything and the pool was a great way to relax. Rooms were big, new, clean and very nice.
