Good value and location, with great river views. Free underground parking. Basic breakfast included.

Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. Great pool and bar service and location. Good breakie. Just think for the out-dated condition that the price was a little high. But overall no complaints!

We booked a room with 1 double bed and one single or twin bed in the same room, the hotel on the other hand seemed not to be aware of that and after being sent in a room with only one double bed we needed to change rooms, the advertised pool is empty, the breakfast is good, overpriced for what you get.

Some noise from outside and inside. Bad acustic isolation

It was a very pleasant place and great value for the money spent. Central and comfortable.

Most enjoyable most things ok restaurant poor waited over one hour for a main course and when I got it it was not very good so I ate out the rest of the time.

This is a basic good value hotel which could do with updating the facilities, eg you have to ask for a hairdryer from reception and use safe deposit boxes at reception. The room was on the riverside of the hotel which is better with views of the river and town although down below there is very ugly paved area and giant generator. Balcony is small with only two chairs, no table. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Altogether a budget place but very good value for money.

This was not my first stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, quality of service including free breakfast with plenty of choices, free parking inside an ample garage, very convenient and beautiful location. In all instances, I would have rated it about the same as for this time: Very good.

O atendimento na receção foi muito atencioso por parte de duas jovens. O quarto bem arrumado, amplo e com o aquecimento ligado. O pequeno almoço, apesar de não ter muita variada, para mim e para o meu costume foi o suficiente.

Old standard but in a good location

Hotel com instalações antigas, portas sem isolamento acústico, muito barulho. Escuta-se o que o vizinho faz no banheiro. Etc… Acordei às 5. 30 da manhã com o barulho de carros passando na estrada.

A minha estada neste hotel , que eu conheço e onde sempre fico hospedado desde a sua nascença, e sempre que me desloco a Mirandela, a minha Cidade, correu muito bem. Tive pena que a piscina ainda não estivesse em funcionamento, pois o tempo esteve muito bom e merecia um mergulho. Fica para a próxima.

O Grande Hotel D. Dinis requer uma manutenção profunda ao nível de conforto, staff, qualidade dos pequenos almoços, limpeza das zonas comuns (garagem é uma lástima). Enfim uma nove gerência seria o ideal já que o potencial é grande, mas os actuais proprietários não têm habilitações nem visão para o negócio hoteleiro.

Hotel agradable Limpio Muy bien ubicado Pero el desayuno debería ser más variado …un poco pobre.

Buen hotel de hace 25 años que precisa alguna renovación aunque el estado sea bueno. El problema fueron las fiestas de la localidad celebradas junto al hotel con música a gran escala hasta las cinco am Imposible descansar. El personal muy atento pero deberían advertir al hacer la reserva.
