Except for the night receptionist at check-in, everything else was fine. Its very convenient location, nothing fancy, but clean hotel. Parked on the street as street parking is free from 7 pm to 8 am. Their is a covered partking lot very close.

I like everything only one thing i don't like no laundry, but the stuff is really nice 👌.

The room was very clean. We were able to walk to several shops and restaurants from there. My only complaint was that I wish you could just get a coffee in the morning without having to get the whole breakfast. Coming from USA I didn’t want an espresso ! Just a regular coffee! And there was no cream just 2% milk or skim milk! I really missed my coffee

Staff at the front desk were very helpful, warm smiles, very welcoming.Hotel was very clean, from the lobby and the corridors. My room was in excellent condition and well looked after. I definitely recommend and will return again.

Amazing hotel and staff! Had a great trip! Everyone there was so amazing! It made the trip even better!

Not on to complain about hotels, as i have to stay in alot but this one was below the standard.. Check in was very rude and slow. The parking is blocks away and always full so be prepare to pay for parking. The front desk We had issues unloading the car, taxis honking and no luggage's cart, a d was told to move the car. The area is busy and very hard to drive around. The room was hot and smelly.the fans where not working and the qindows dont stay open. The beds where uncomfortable lumpy and old. The pillows are hard. Very noisy hallways and outside with the windows closed. I know this sounds like alot, but we where really looking forwars to staying down by the pier. No breakfast, no coffee in the room you have to upgrade to supirior.

The most amazing staff! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and gave so many suggestions for things to do and see! Great location in the heart of the city!

Good location at a good price

My room had a moldy smell, so we had to keep the window open every day. Even on days we forgot, our cleaning lady opened it for us. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a problem because you can hear people screaming both outside and inside the hotel!

Very good location. Restaurants within walking distance. Staff are respectful and polite.
