The staff at the coffee shop were terrible. They constantly argued with customers, had grumpy expressions, threw things at customers, and were unwilling to provide service, claiming they weren't awake yet. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said the manager wasn't there and told me that if I wasn't satisfied, that was my decision. They said they had informed the lobby, but weren't sure if anything had been improved. They were rude and abrupt with customers, throwing cups into the cup rack in front of many customers. They lacked maturity when customers inquired about drinks, making displeased faces even when the customer asked politely, "May I ask a question?" This happened on June 21, 2026. Such behavior is very detrimental to the hotel's image in the eyes of customers.
