There was no water supply, which made the showers and toilets completely unusable. This issue affected the entire city of Brunei on the day of my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel made no effort to provide alternative water arrangements or assistance for its guests.

Meal choice and variety need to improve. Room facilities are a bit old, Wi-Fi also lacking, need to have smart TV at least and better control of aircon.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The room is spacious and wide, customer service is very friendly and ready to help. The AC is too cold and cannot be turned down because it is central, unfortunately there is no Qibla direction. Overall my parent really enjoy their vacation ☺.

Good hotel in the center of comercial zone of gadong. Near a lot of restaurant and hypermarket.

Please install a shower curtain . Present shower plastic wall is in wrong position. Room internet signal for various devices is poor. I normally stay at centre point for good services and location. Improve on my 2 suggested issues will be great. Cheers.
