The hotel staff are very friendly and always greet each other. I was just starting to feel the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. The room was very clean. All the facilities were functional. The bathroom was clean, with clean water, both hot and cold. The hotel area was comfortable. The price was affordable, and the hotel smelled nice and cool. Overall, I recommend staying there. I originally booked for one night, but ended up staying an extra night. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Bandung. Horison Bandung is the best experience.

Very satisfied staying here, let me explain some of the pros and cons. The plus of this hotel is that I really like the strategic location, close to the station, close to Braga, lots of eateries around, free pick up & drop off facilities from the hotel so it is very convenient. The room is spacious, soundproof and there is a bathtub. There is no ironing facility in the room but you can borrow one through the receptionist. The swimming pool is Olympic size, really cool, from the room you can get a sunset view, the breakfast is also delicious. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The service is top notch. The minus is this is an old hotel, an old hotel so there needs to be renovation/maintenance in some places. The elevator is also not all operational and in the room I stayed there were ants :( my coffee was covered in ants in the room. But overall I am satisfied staying here. Oh yes, the hotel is right across from InParfum so if you want to open an InParfum jastip it is really good to stay here.

The room was very clean and spacious, it was a shame we couldn't swim there because it was being used for an outside competition and mixed with a wedding party.

The swimming pool is cool, there are many types of food and it's all delicious.

It's really cool, the hotel is comfortable and clean, and my son is taking part in a swimming competition, and they happen to be using the Olympic pool there. Great Horison

Everything is ok, but it's a shame there's no refrigerator.

For a hotel like the Horison, priced under 400,000 rupiah, it's well worth it. It's close to culinary spots and the city center. Perhaps because the hotel is old, the restrooms are a bit lacking, in my opinion.

The hotel is located in the city center, easy access to everywhere, the ballroom is large, the rooms are new and comfortable.

The room needs to be updated, it's a shame because it's in a strategic location.

In short, there are no more words, it is very comfortable and I always stay here when I go to Bandung.

So I'm a regular customer, it's very convenient and the service is satisfactory.

Thank you for the good service and quality. I think I just want to mention the bathtub, which was already cracked, so please fix it for more comfort. Also, the shower isn't really functioning well, so please fix it too. Make sure to change to a new or good blanket for the bed.
