This is an old hotel but the facilities are pretty good, only the children's swimming pool is not very clean.

Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a mass organization event that disrupted our comfort. When we tried to enter the lobby, they refused to let us in, standing in front of the entrance. Furthermore, the hotel staff didn't direct or discipline us. Frankly, as hotel guests, we felt uncomfortable with the situation. Please, if there are any events like this, prioritize the guests and help organize them.

Family friendly, I recommend staying here when you are with family. They have a nice swimming pool and a great view of South Jakarta. The room was okay.

Overall, a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and prompt. The AC in my first room wasn't cold, but I got a cooler AC in my second room. The walls were stained with water, or possibly water stains. There was no additional chain lock.

Honestly, I was quite disappointed with my stay. There are many hotels in Bandung to choose from, and I chose Horison hoping for good service. However, a simple request I had made was not met. Furthermore, I could hear renovation noises throughout my stay, which were quite disturbing. I understand that renovations may be necessary, but guests should have been informed beforehand or at least given a room that wasn't affected by the noise. The combination of these factors made my stay far from my expectations.

Very impressive staying here for 2 nights

The hotel was not comfortable, a bit scary, and the blanket was not a bed cover so it was uncomfortable.

I ordered for my aunt, she said it was comfortable and the hotel access was very easy, no hassle.

The sound was too loud, it could be heard from the next room.

The vibe as soon as you enter the lobby still feels like a luxury hotel from the 90s, it seems to have been renovated. All areas of the hotel smell nice and clean, the parking lot is spacious, the staff are also friendly. The bedrooms are modern, fragrant, spacious and clean, the bathroom is dry, clean, the hot water is also stable, minus the bathroom does not have an exhaust. The main swimming pool is Olympic size and there is also a pool for children, with clean and well-maintained water. The gym facilities vibe like the Majapahit gym, the equipment and cleanliness of the room need special attention. There is a mosque in the basement, Friday prayers do not need to leave the hotel. Next to the hotel is Superindo, Alfa, just walk if there is something necessary. Access is on the main road, +/- 20 minutes from the toll exit and there are many choices of restaurants, food, cakes or famous souvenirs of Bandung around the hotel.

The staff is friendly. It has a good location also, close to Main Street, restaurants, and a sports center.

Honestly, the Bandung meatball noodles are awesome. The room is spacious, big enough to accommodate 7-8 people! The staff is very friendly. The only downside is that it's far from the city center, haha. Thank you Horison!
