It's been a regular stay at El when I go to Bandung🥰. This time I tried the condotel loft type, and was assisted by Mas Ridwan during check-in. When I arrived at the room, I had a problem because the room didn't match the one in the photo, I tried to complain by phone but it turned out that this type of room was full, finally I tried to go to the lobby reception and met Mas Ridwan again regarding this problem, and it turned out that I could change rooms when I told Mas Ridwan👍🏻. The service is really the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really friendly and very helpful🤩. Thank you Mas Ridwan👍🏻

The staff is very helpful, the room is clean, the facilities are good for children.

The room is super spacious, but they are stingy when it comes to borrowing plates, they only give you one, you are not allowed to borrow two.

Very satisfying, I always stay here when I go to Bandung, all the service is friendly, I'm happy I got an upgrade to a bigger room, the kids are also happy to be able to swim in the hot water, the food is also delicious with lots of variety.

The staff is friendly and responsive, but a word of advice at the pool, be careful of the slippery floor.

Everything was satisfactory from check in, room service, cleanliness, room comfort, friendly staff, next time I will come here again ❤️

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay at this hotel.

The AC is not felt at night.

Definitely recommended... The location is also strategic, just a short walk to Braga and Bandung City Square.

No regrets, everything is great.. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Warm swimming pool.. Most importantly, it's a 2-minute walk from Braga 😅

My "eL" at eL Hotel. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here. The room was comfortable and tidy, the atmosphere was peaceful, the staff helpful, and the breakfast delicious.

The hotel staff was quite friendly, the location was strategically close to the city center, and the breakfast was quite good. The swimming pool was great for the kids. The downside was that the bathroom tissue wasn't refilled, and the toilet drain was broken. The upside was that the staff was prompt and promptly repaired the damage.

The location is very strategic, close to Braga, near mainstream culinary like DPR porridge, Bu Imas, Hardja chicken, Gempol bread, etc.

Well-maintained old hotel with a large pool and varying depths... Suitable for those who really like swimming... Clean hotel, spacious rooms... The downside is that the TV is still not Android, maybe it's better to replace it as soon as possible... The shower on the 15th floor is not strong enough... Hopefully it will be better in the future.
