An interesting hotel option near the station and the Braga area. The facilities are good, with a bathtub. The service is friendly. There's a 2-meter deep swimming pool and a heated pool. Breakfast for children aged 5-12 is charged Rp 75,000. When we got off for breakfast, we were immediately directed to a meeting room, even though there's also one in the restaurant. The restaurant seems more complete. The staff should have informed us that there are two options: the meeting room or the restaurant, so guests can choose. Yesterday, when we had breakfast in the meeting room, there seemed to be fewer options, so I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast service.

A great hotel in the heart of Bandung, not far from Braga and Asia Afrika. A 5-minute walk. The hotel smells fragrant and comfortable, making it a great photo spot. Hehehe. I'd definitely visit Bandung again.

The location is very strategic, close to Braga City Walk, a five-minute walk to Braga. Even during the day, finding food is easy; you can simply walk, or eat at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast selection is quite good, and the taste is excellent, perfect for me and my family. Highly recommended.

The worst service I've ever encountered at a B4 hotel. Check-in at 3:30 PM WIB, the room wasn't ready, claiming the available rooms were smoking. Hey, don't cover up mistakes with lies. Were the 20-odd people in the waiting room delayed for the same reason?

I'm on the 15th floor. If the hotel is busy, the wait for the elevator can be long, especially around check-out time. There's a hot tub, close to Braga.

Apartments should not be included on the same platform. I booked on one platform, "El Hotel Bandung", and was directed to an apartment with different management. If I had known this was a private apartment, I would not have booked it. Very disappointing.

This is our umpteenth time staying at this hotel because it's close to Braga. The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We were a little disappointed when we checked in. It was already afternoon at 5:30 PM, the room was being cleaned, even though the check-in rule is 2:00 PM, we were told to wait for our room. It was indeed a Sunday and quite busy, probably because of the school holidays. The receptionist said they would contact us via WhatsApp if the room was available. However, it took 30 minutes and there were already few guests checking in, but I wasn't informed via WhatsApp. So I went to the reception desk to confirm our room was ready. Even though those who checked in after us had already been assigned rooms, we waited quite a while. The room was spacious, the food was varied. Overall, it was okay.

Booked a non-smoking room, given a smoking floor area, when checking in my wife confirmed it was non-smoking, the receptionist said yes it was non-smoking but was still given a smoking area.. even though the room didn't have any cigarette smell, the hallway area smelled really bad.. even though I brought a small child and had requested it. Non-smoking room... on the 4th floor, the food variety is limited and the taste is just ordinary for a 4-star hotel, the 1st floor is much better.. parking B2, going up to B1 and the lobby has a pillar when you want to enter the exit ramp, it is very dangerous and has the potential to be hit if you are not extra careful, those who have just been able to drive a car are not recommended to park in B2.. hopefully it can be fixed.. it's a shame for a 4-star hotel..
