Why is the pool water cold now? It's like every time before. It's a bit warm. And yesterday I went there, the water was dirty.

The staff, environment, and food were all excellent. It was a pleasure staying at El Hotel Bandung.

Everything's fine, but the bathroom water is extremely yellow. When I checked again, they said there was maintenance. And that's for one tower 🫠 . Please pay attention next time, because this is very serious.

The hotel is highly recommended. Plus there is afternoon tea complete with drinks and snacks....Awesome

It's delicious, my son's favorite hotel. Every birthday, he always asks to stay at El Hotel, which we used to call El Royal.

Always here for every duty and now for lodging with family, and comfortable for wife and children.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the swimming pool has a warm water pool, the location is close to Braga, you can walk, suitable for a staycation

It's a pleasant stay, and it's also kid-friendly. You can even feel comfortable without leaving the hotel.

This is my 4th staycation at El Hotel. From when it was called El Royal Hotel until now it is El Hotel… I never get bored, I want to go back again and again hehehe… So far so good, I suggest getting 2 access cards if possible 🙏🏻🫰🏻

The staff is friendly, and the location is strategic. However, the amenities in the room, such as the television, were not connected to the internet, so I couldn't watch it. Calls to complain went unanswered. The sink drain was broken. There was noise from outside, but the soundproofing wasn't good. The room lights sometimes wouldn't work. If you wanted to swim, you had to wear a swimsuit. Check-in was too late at 3:00 PM.

The location is near Braga Street, and the hotel staff are friendly

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, close to everywhere, just a short walk from Braga, close to culinary spots, the staff are friendly and helpful, entering the front lobby of the hotel is very fragrant, there are 3 types of swimming pools and there is a warm water pool up to 39 degrees which makes my child very happy, the room is spacious and choose my child's favorite view facing the train tracks passing by and there is a mini playground, the food is varied and all delicious, there is a free gym, massage and skylounge are available on the 19th floor.. top and if I go to Bandung I will choose to stay at El Hotel Bandung again

The hotel is older but still in good condition, and its cleanliness and comfort need to be maintained. It's conveniently located in the city center and close to the event venue. The breakfast menu is very basic, but could be improved.
