The location is very strategic, close to Braga City Walk, a five-minute walk to Braga. Even during the day, finding food is easy; you can simply walk, or eat at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast selection is quite good, and the taste is excellent, perfect for me and my family. Highly recommended.

I'm on the 15th floor. If the hotel is busy, the wait for the elevator can be long, especially around check-out time. There's a hot tub, close to Braga.

This is our umpteenth time staying at this hotel because it's close to Braga. The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We were a little disappointed when we checked in. It was already afternoon at 5:30 PM, the room was being cleaned, even though the check-in rule is 2:00 PM, we were told to wait for our room. It was indeed a Sunday and quite busy, probably because of the school holidays. The receptionist said they would contact us via WhatsApp if the room was available. However, it took 30 minutes and there were already few guests checking in, but I wasn't informed via WhatsApp. So I went to the reception desk to confirm our room was ready. Even though those who checked in after us had already been assigned rooms, we waited quite a while. The room was spacious, the food was varied. Overall, it was okay.

This hotel is a great place for a staycation. I've stayed there four times because of the large pool and the friendly, professional staff. I'm eager to return to El Hotel Bandung. Hopefully, they'll add more exciting activities beyond the pool.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is good. They fulfilled my request to check in in time due to the readiness of the room. I stayed in a condotel room, quite big with all the facilities, but the room is not soundproof. Adding breakfast price took 150k per person for adults, 75k for kids. Hope the pools could be improved for the 1-meter deep type because it's too crowded only in that area. My family was happy overall, thank you.

I've stayed here several times when I've been to Bandung. It's close to Braga. The bed is comfortable. I arrived early, but I wasn't allowed to check in. I had to check in by 3:00. Of course, I could leave my luggage. But if there was more flexibility, since the room was already empty, I'd be able to check in earlier.
