Nice spacious room and comfortable.

Our stay at El Hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Afternoon tea was also included. We were also pleased that, as it was our first time staying at El Hotel, we were upgraded and allowed to check in early due to availability. We have no regrets about staying here. The hotel is spacious and doesn't look dated.

Super comfortable, will come back here again

The room wasn't really soundproof, even though it was on the top floor. The sound of motorbikes could be heard.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is beautiful and close to everything. The staff were all very responsive. The security and cleanliness of the area around the hotel were also excellent, especially when there was a convoy going on and the area outside the hotel was incredibly busy. Security and cleaning staff were on standby both inside and outside the hotel. I appreciate the pool attendant on May 24, 2026. Even though I only saw it from my room, their skill in maintaining it was excellent. And the staff at the front desk, too. Awesome. I'll stay again next time. 💕

It's been a regular stay at El when I go to Bandung🥰. This time I tried the condotel loft type, and was assisted by Mas Ridwan during check-in. When I arrived at the room, I had a problem because the room didn't match the one in the photo, I tried to complain by phone but it turned out that this type of room was full, finally I tried to go to the lobby reception and met Mas Ridwan again regarding this problem, and it turned out that I could change rooms when I told Mas Ridwan👍🏻. Hello, I've stayed at El Hotel several times. It's very pleasant. It's close to everything, and the staff are very friendly. The room I chose this time was a bit of a hassle because I have a problem with my foot. The bathtub means there's no place for a normal shower. I had an unpleasant experience at the pool. I hope the staff will pay more attention to the customers and tell them to keep it clean. I saw a man blowing his nose and washing his hands in the pool water. My child and I were there, so I ended up going up. It's not the hotel's fault, but rather the customers' lack of concern for cleanliness, and the pool is shared. Please pay attention to the hotel or staff, or just reprimand them directly. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bandung. Thank you.

The room is super spacious, but they are stingy when it comes to borrowing plates, they only give you one, you are not allowed to borrow two.
