The room was very warm, but the staff provided a fan, which was helpful as the AirCon doesn't work (seasonal)

The hotel staff was amazing! The breakfast was good and had a good variety!! The property wasn’t close to anything walking distance or restaurants. The hotel staff helped us order food to go. Overall good experience the room did have a lil smell but not too bad the restrooms and room were clean.

Overall a nice hotel. The receptionist (female with glasses) was exceptional. The air conditioner wasn’t functioning making for an extremely hot night. The receptionist male - late night) was not helpful.

Just one night waiting for a cruise the next day, they did help setting up the taxi to the cruise and helped in other ways. Very good breakfast and had no issues.

The hotel was nice, staff very friendly, room was ok (had some minor issues like broken handle in shower), but clean. We really enjoyed breakfast, enough choice and very friendly staff serving breakfast. Also great was parking, free and in front of hotel, and the location was quiet overnight.

Booked executive double room, was a very average room with a poor bathroom, crack in shower cubicle floor, shower handle hang off very low pressure water. Stopped in many hotels in Ravenna and was below standard for a 4star.

A good and spacious hotel. Rooms should be provided with water heater kettle. Also toilettaries provided needs improvement

The parking was very good, and an easy drive into town. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Many good restaurants within an easy drive.

We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast and servers at this hotel. Lots of variety, eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, juice, coffee, and a lovely variety of pastries too. Room was very quiet, and while located in somewhat of an industrial area, with an industrial feel, was conveninent to where we needed to be.

Even do the location wasn't the best, we were very please with premises and the service.

The hotel itself was fine, good breakfast, good for parking, perhaps short on storage space, but quite misleading to give the impression that it was reasonable to get into the historic city centre except by car. Not just the distance, but the condition of the road, the traffic on it, and the absence of pavement would have made walking into the centre positively dangerous.
