The hotel's central location in Hanoi makes it easy to get around the city. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. There's also a money exchange at the front desk, making it easy to get local currency. However, there are limited halal options at breakfast.

The staff is not supported and professional. I called the hotel to ask for red invoice help, the way they answered the phone call was unmindful, felt like “oh really”, then they said they would transfer my requirement to the related department to be supported but they never called back. I booked the executive suite room, the room was big but the AC was too small and that night was so hot, I even couldn’t sleep tight. Never back to this one

Beautiful place, near the center

Nothing sharp, rooms are not good, people in the hallway talk in the room very clear, old hygiene, food is not diversified.
