Very nice hotel at a perfect location for holidays. Staff friendly. Impossible to park in the street and limited space available in the hotel parking.

Great location, the staff were exceeding helpful and very pleasant. Certain amenities have been neglected over the years. Front of house was good. Room was good but bathroom sadly in need of an update. So called gym and suana where situated in the attic and we're both contained in a small conference type room. Roof patio completely neglected. We also believe we were overcharged and not given the rate specified by Expedia!

We stayed here for one night on way through to Nice. Place was ok and staff were friendly. It is just across the road from the beach which the kids enjoyed .

No air conditioning, they claim it was broken. Breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired, they only had hard boiled eggs. The shower was very small not enough room to move very uncomfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms a good size and very clean. Nice facilities. Staff explained that the weather had been quite poor up to our stay so the pool couldn't be open but they did all they could to compensate us for this. we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the Hotel.

Excellent Hotel, superb staff, very clean. Not our type of town really but was a welcome stop on our motorbike tour of Europe. Had underground parking and the staff made our stop off in the area a pleasure

Good location, close to railway station. Rooms and restaurant clean and tidy. Staff very polite and helpful. Swimming pool could have been warmer.

Albisola Marina is a great little town and a wonderful base for exploring the Italian Riviera. Hotel is clean, with a helpful staff and the buffet breakfast (which is included) is well above average.

Nice hotel and good value. Rooms good, staff helpful, breakfast good and modern feel throughout with interesting artwork throughout. Draw back was no free parking and poor service at the bar.

Most notable the friendly stuff. Hotel is nice and clean. Shower stalls need improvement, they are very very small, and fat people can hardly get in to take a shower. Other than this, all was nice.

Room was a little old. Breakfast should be guaranteed at an acceptable level along the whole period for it. Near to the beach.

Economical, clean, comfortable room, very close to the town center (with many great restaurants) and a stone's from the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. The price of our rooms included breakfast, which was outstanding.

Nice to relax after long drive , checking in was little difficult as there was no off road parking for check in and the under ground parking was very tight and a tight fit for even the smallest of cars , the staff were helpful and Spoke enough English to make checking easy although he restaraunt staff spoke no English so made ordering dinner entertaining , the room was bright and the views were amazing , watched sun rise from my balcony then went for a great breakfast There were added costs above the Expedia advertised price like parking so make sure you get all the prices apon check in

We were a group of 5 adults. We liked the place, hotel, service. We were all pleasantly surprised with viriety of dishes at the breakfast. We would definitely stay again
