Lovely hotel. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. Rooms have balconies with partial lake views. Staff are efficient and friendly. Receptionist Kevin was especially helpful with great suggestions of places to visit and recommendations for restaurants and cafes.

A good budget hotel with reasonable prices, very friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, and an excellent location. One of the most important advantages is that it operates during the winter season, while most nearby hotels are completely closed, which is a big plus. It is close to some of the most beautiful lakes in Italy, making it a practical and comfortable place to stay. Overall, a very positive experience and good value for money.

Alberto & his staff are just fantastic with customers. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is in the heart of Stresa, minutes from the water, train station, etc. our room was clean & when we ordered extra pillows, it came immediately. The hotel was orderly & they included our breakfast which was a decent one. The staff were always cheerful & happy. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore Stresa, it’s a beautiful town.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Primavera. Primavera has a great location, walkable from the train station, close to shopping and the lake with easy access to the ferries or private boats. Breakfast was great, lots of options, and the folks working in the breakfast area were very attentive. We requested a family room and the room we were assigned came with a set of bunk beds which turned out to be a bit on the small side for our large teen boys, but they made it work. The air conditioning worked well, and the room had a small fridge. The only thing that would have made it perfect was a larger balcony (the balconies here are very small) with a lake view!
