Clean room, and resort was well maintained. Food choices were limited but to be expected due to price of trip. Few minor things, coffee machines are turned off at lunch service and pool bar food choices were unchanged during the few days we were there. They provide entertainment at the evenings, but the bar area has so few seats that it’s difficult getting seated, small bar with only 2 staff working meant there was always at least 4/5 queued. Easier to get out into local bars for drinks & entertainment. Overall, a clean hotel would recommend for a short break.

We received a warm welcome from the reception staff. The catering staff are very hard working, efficient and friendly. The room cleaners are friendly and efficient too. We noticed all of the sun beds and pool areas were cleaned every day including the swimming pools. The grounds / plants are well maintained by the friendly gardeners. Overall a very pleasant stay in a family-friendly environment.

Everything was really good and very clean. Food was very good with plenty of choice and the staff were great.

Room was clean but needed painting in different areas of the room. Food was lovely. Entertainment was disappointing! We where there last year and it was good.

Staff very pleasant room spacious and clean

Staff were really helpful with answering questions and providing booking for transport. The service in the bars was quick and easy. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Overall a lovely place to stay in a good location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and near to Puerto Del Carmen via bus for exploring.

Beautiful hotel, great food selection, close to the beach and airport. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The lifeguard John was so nice to everyone around the pool, from entertaining kids to interacting with everyone and making us all laugh. I’ll definitely come back.

Excellent location and very helpful staff we had a lovely stay

Check in was ok, room was clean a few scuffs on furniture, bed was comfortable. Food was plenty and some of the meat dishes were cooked to perfection . Overall the stay was ok.

Very last minute trip and got what we paid for as expected Yes it’s not a 4/5 star but neither is the price the rooms were large and clean- only thing I would have asked is for an extra pillow and blanket as quite cold at night location is very good , 5-10 min walk to beach / front and there is a taxi rank right outside if needed. Only a 10 min drive from airport and 10 mins in Puerto Del carmen ( buses regular for €1) The restaurant is like a large canteen. again very much reflective of the price. We didn’t use it much but when we did there was always something we could eat, albeit not a huge amount of choice The drinks were again ok, as you would expect for a 3 star at this price If you go expecting to get something reflective of what you pay you won’t be disappointed. I would stay again if looking for a cheap convenient base

I just had room and breakfast and used the hotel as a base to explore the island in the day. Perfect place to stay in that aspect.

We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon.

Very clean and well maintained

During our recent stay at Apartamentos LIVVO Moromar in Lanzarote to celebrate my friend Lucas's 20th birthday, we encountered some issues that I believe are important to address. When we arrived at around 9:00 pm, we found the receptionist to be impolite, and we had trouble understanding the information provided. Additionally, the limited dinner hours could pose challenges for guests, especially those travelling with children. While our accommodations were satisfactory, the lack of air conditioning made it difficult for us to rest comfortably. Our breakfast was quite basic, and the extra charges for amenities such as towels and fans were an unexpected inconvenience. Due to these issues, Luca and I decided to return to England after being there for only 24 hours. Based on our experience, I would recommend that travellers carefully consider their accommodations to ensure a satisfying holiday experience.

Lovely pools, food wasn’t too bad, rooms were nice but sofa bed uncomfortable and apartment full of ants which I was woken up to one night while asleep. All inclusive drinks were awful and wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t contain alcohol, kids had a brilliant time.
