Very good hotel in Shanghai. When I entered the room at night, there was a cigarette smell. Maybe from a previous guest. Since it was already late, I felt too lazy to report it and solved it myself. I opened the window for about 2 hours and aired it out for about 10 minutes. After that, the smell was gone and there were no more problems. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The blackout curtain was very nice, making the room dark and helping me sleep very well. The room was also quiet, with no noise at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The robot delivery service was nice and convenient. The free laundry room was also very useful. The location is very good. It's close to the subway station and bus stop. It's only about a 10-minute walk to The Bund. FamilyMart, restaurants, and many shops are nearby. Breakfast is okay, not amazing but sufficient. The roast duck was very delicious and my favorite food at breakfast. The price is very affordable for this location. Good value for money. I will stay again next time in Shanghai.
