This is the umpteenth time I've been to Sari Ater, the atmosphere is cool, the breakfast has a lot of variety, basically if you want a comfortable atmosphere plus complete facilities, just go to Sari Ater

It was a great stay here, perfect for both family and personal vacations.

very pleasant and relaxing even though it was only for one night, dinner at the Kintamanis restaurant was quite filling but the price was a bit expensive hehehe, soaking in the hot spring pool at night made stress disappear, the hotel room was quite comfortable even though the view yesterday was of the parking lot hehehe, unfortunately for access to the 2nd floor of the hotel room there is no elevator so it is not comfortable for the elderly to go to the 2nd floor, breakfast had a lot of variations and made me full until the afternoon.

Fun, clean facilities with easy access, friendly and very helpful staff, want to come back again, hopefully I can get the promo

Recommendations for a moment of healing with family or the office

My family comes here every year. The best natural water heater by far. Always busy but still neat and clean. There are some shortcomings, but they are understandable. Thank you, Sari Ater.

Our bungalow is big and comfort, living room and dinning room is spacious, but too bad, our room and bungalow surrounding is dirty, have kerosin smell. The toilet hot water only have hot spring water which is not comfort for shower, since the cool water is too cool for shower. Breakfast is nice, have many choices of food, also have hot pool in the resto, can dip inside pool after meal, but pool water also not clean too

Amazing, it's really worth it for that price to be able to go to one tourist spot for free.

Renovations and improvements are made every year. The hotel grounds are spacious, and the natural hot springs are incredibly hot. Awesome. The bathing area next to the hotel is a bit unorganized, although there are neat clusters of bathing areas that require additional fees, and ticketing is good.

Got a room that turned out to be close to a restaurant... so it wasn't tiring when I wanted to eat. It was just that, a bit noisy when there was an event... otherwise it was good

The hotel rooms are clean, the food is delicious, there are many holiday support facilities, such as hot water pools, etc. And there is free access to the Sari Ater tourist area.

I often come here with my family every holiday, but I like glamping, the beds are dirty, there are traces of charcoal in the tent, I need to clean it, there are lots of spiders in the shower, there is no wifi

Amazing, I will definitely come back to stay here again, 1 day is not enough to enjoy the comfort here.
