The hotel is very beautiful and close to Mataram City.

The hotel is spacious, the rooms are nice, but the sheets haven't been changed. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

Overall good hotel and enjoyable stay, but the doors of the rooms to other adjacent rooms and the hallways are not well isolated. We could hear every word from our neighbors, which was quite disturbing at night and in the early morning.

The hotel staff is very helpful, the hotel's condition with lots of open space feels like it's not a hotel, and access to the city center is very close.

Every weekend and holiday to Mataram is always a family favorite hotel.

One of the two best hotels in Mataram, in my opinion, I've never been disappointed with any of my stays. The price is commensurate with the service provided. Awesome!

Overall, with the price offered, it's worth it. It's an old hotel, not soundproof, but the room is spacious and clean. If you get a room on the upper floor, the view is quite good. There's also a balcony. For a staycation with family, it's quite okay because there's a swimming pool and a spacious garden. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It's always fun to host every campus event, also using the Rinjani ballroom which is highly recommended for many participants, up to 1000s.

The place is comfortable and close to everything. However, it's a shame that the Wi-Fi is not very good (slow), and there's no signal in the back rooms. Furthermore, most of the food was cold, and the rice cakes were very hard.
